في احد الايام كنت اسير في الطريق في حالي فاعثرت وسقطت داخل حفرة في وسط الطريق واصبحت مضحكة المدينة ومن شدة غضبي توجهت الى المير في دار البلدية لاسبه واشتمه لانه المسؤول الاول عن حالة الطرقات في المدينة وفي ذهني قولة عمر بن الخطاب المشهورة لو سقطت بغلة في العراق ...........وصعدت سلالم البلدية وتشاجرت مع بواب المير وعندما وصلت الى المير وابلغته احتجاجي بزقني واغلق الباب في وجهي فحملني الحاجب ومساعده ورموني خارج البلدية فاضحيت مضحكة المدينة مرة اخرى فاقسمت انني صاصبح ميرا فبعت الايركات التي ورثتها عن ابي وبعت الحذاء والمعطف واصبحت اتودد الى اصحاب الاحزاب فاضحيت القهواجي وسائق السيارة وجالب الكاوكاو ومع مر الايام اصبحوا لايستغنون عن خدماتي ولا على حديثي الذي لبه تبلعيط وشكله مدح واطناب فوضعت على رأس القائمة واصبحت اكذب على الناس ليلا نهارا لا لانني سوف اصلح حال المدينة لانني لو حاولت سأتعارك مع الصلاحيات الضيقة لرئيس البلدية ووسأضحى مضحكة المدينة للمرة الثالثة ولكن لامحي الصورة التي رأيتها يوما ما وانتخبت على رأس القائمة وجلست على كرسي البلدية فبدأ الناس يحجون الى مكتبي يقبلون عليا على يدي ووجهي وجبهتي .......................................... .....................
في الحقيقة ارادت ان اعرض عليكم الحلقة الثانية في الاسبوع القادم ولكن نظرا لان الموعد الانتخابي قادم ولكي اساعدكم على اختيار مير بمواصفاتي وما اكثرهم .كنت قد سردت لكم احداث اليوم الاول اليوم اسرد اليكم احداث اليوم الثاني وفي هذااليوم جاءني شيخا هرما يقرع على بابي فناديت على الحجاب فلم اجدهم فعندما سئلت احد الموظفين اين الحجاب فقال لي الحمدلله الي القيتني اليوم دخلت لاباي فكدت افر انا كذلك لولا ان الشيخ الهرم امسكني من كتفي قائلا ياعمي المير يا عمي نحتاجك والدموع تنزل من عيناه فعدت الى مكتبي فاخرج من قشابيته ورقة وقال لي منذ 13سنة وانا اترجى في الاميار ان يمضو لي هذه الورقة ولكن دائما مصيري السب والبزق والشتام فتذكرت حاديثتي التي جعلتني ميرا فاخرجت الختم والطابع وطبعت له الورقة فقفز فرحا يحيا النظام فقلت له يحيا الفوضى فلولا هذه الفوضى لما اصبح امثالي اميارا ولما طبعت ورقتك

وحينما انتهيت من جملة يحيا الفوضى فلولا هذه الفوضى لما اصبح امثالي اميارا ولما طبعت ورقتك تذكرت تلك الحفرة التي سقطت فيها والتي اجعلتني ميرا فقلت في نفسي صأصلح هذه الحفرة فربما سيسقط فيها مغبون آخر ويفكر هو كذلك في التمياريت ويصبح منافسي فلا تتعجبون فأمثالي يفكرون بهذه السذاجة فأصدرت تعليمات مستعجلة فورية الى عمال البلدية لردم واصلاح هذه الحفرة الميرية فتوجه اربع عمال الى ورشة الحفرة واحد يعمل وثلاثة مستشاريين وعملوا الواجب معها وعندما وصلت الى نفس مستوى الارض غطوها بالزفت والحصى ولكن المشكلة ان في الغد اصبحت تلك حفرة بئرا واصبحت لتلك الحفرة اخوات فقلت في نفسي جيت نعدلها اعميتها ربما مع كل سقوط شخص سيطمع في التمياريت ولكن في هذا البئر ستسقط حومة باكملها والمصيبة ان لهذه الحفرة آخوات اذن لا مكان لي في كرسي زعيم البلدية المهم قد اتعبني التفكير في من ينافسني على كرسي البلدية وحينذاك دق الهاتف وكان على الخط رئيس الدائرة فقال لي انت ابن البلدية وعليك باختيار مئة مستفيد لسكنات الاجتماعية وما تنساش خلى اربعة اسماء فارغة انا نعمرهم وبعد تقريبا 5دقائق اتصل بي والي الولاية قائلا يجب ان تسرعوا في اختيار 100مستفيد من السكنات الاجتماعية وعليك بترك 5اسماء فارغة سامليهم عليك فيما بعد اذن بعملية حسابية 100-4-5=91اذن بقت 91 سكن لزوالية ثم اتصل بي..........قائلا اترك 6 واتصل بي .......قائلا اترك 3المهم في الاخير بقت 10سكنات لزوالية اختي متشردة وهي اولادها اخي امي ابن عمي الناس الذين انتخبوا عليا حينذاك اختلطت عليا الامور المهم انجزت القائمة حسب الشروط التي ذكرتها لكم سابقا وعلقت القائمة ليلا وفي الصباح حدث ما لا يحمد عقباه جيش جرار من الغاشي يهجمون على البلدية ثم فررت من الباب الخلفي حين ذاك رآني احد المحتجين فقال لهم هاهو فبدات رحلت الكر والفر وانا هارب بجلدي لا رئيس الدائرة ولا الوالي ولا...ولا.....المهم العبد الضعيف وحده يجري وحينما كنت في رحلة الهروب تعثرت وسقطت في نفس الحفرة التي بها اصبحت ميرا وانا اهوى في الحفرة والناس ينادون نض نض واحسست بيد تهزني وفتحت عيني فوجدتها زوجتي تقول انهض من الفراش جا الما نض تعمر الماء لم ياتي منذ 3أيام وحينذاك ابتسمت وفرحت لانه مجرد كابوس وقلت يلعن التمياريت في الجزائر

تحطمت عجلة سيارتي بسبب حفرة في الطريق السريع...
توجهت لرئيس البلدية فأخبرته بمكان الحفرة و حذرته بما يمكن ان تخلفه من حوادث....
على امل ان تصلح في اقرب و قت....
فنظر الي قائلا مشكلتك حٌلّت ....
و امسك بالهاتف و اتصل بمسؤول ما.....
و لكن سيدي عفوا ليست مشكلتي الخاصة بل مشكلة امة و دولة و شعب....
لم يعرني انتباها ....
قلت لك سنضع اشارات تقليل السرعة و حاجزا أمنيا و فرقة شرطة تحرس الحفرة ....
و سنغلق الطريق حالا حتى تصل القوات الأمنية و كاد يقول الأممية..
و لكن سيدي لم أقل لك هناك هجوم تتاري لـتسخر كل هذه الطاقات الجبارة
حفرة من شبرين تردم في دقائق و ينتهي الأمر.....
فقال : و لذا لن تصبح رئيسا أبدا
