السعودية ترسل مجرمين للقتال وإقامة إمارة إسلامية في سوريا

سرّب ناشطون سعوديون على مواقع الأنترنت وصفحات "فايس بوك" وثيقة سرية لجهاز سري تابع لوزارة الداخلية السعودية، تتضمّن إعترافا صريحا بإرسال مرتزقة ومجرمين مسبوقين قضائيا، إلى سوريا للقتال في صفوف ميليشيات الجيش السوري الحر.الوثيقة صدرت عن جهاز يُطلق عليه إسم المكتب السري بوزارة الداخلية السعودية، وحملت عبارة سرّي جدا، وهي تتمثّل في مراسلة بين قياديين في وزارة الداخلية وتحدّثت عن الترتيبات لإرسال مقاتلين من جنسيات عربية وإسلامية عديدة إلى سوريا.وجاء في مضمون الوثيقة التي كانت موجّهة إلى مدير المكتب السري بوزارة الداخلية، الأمير سعود الثنيان، وهو أحد أفراد العائلة الحاكمة في السعودية، ما مفاده أنه تقرّر إصدار عفو لصالح 1234 مجرم محكوم عليهم بالإعدام، في قضايا ترويج مخدرات وقتل وإغتصاب، على أن يتم توجيههم للقتال في سوريا ضمن ميليشات الجيش السوري الحر.وقالت الوثيقة بصريح العبارة؛ إن قائمة المتهمين تشمل 105 يمنيين، و21 فلسطينيا و212 سعودي، و96 سودانيا. و254 سوري، و82 أردنيا، و68 صوماليا، و32 أفغانيا و194 مصري، و203 باكستانيين، و23 عراقيا، و44 كويتيا، وأنه تم الإتفاق معهم على إعفائهم من إقامة ما أسمته الوثيقة بـ"الحد الشرعي" عليهم، مقابل تأهيلهم وتدريبهم من أجل إرسالهم إلى "الجهاد" في سوريا.كما قالت الوثيقة السرية، التي تبيّن من تاريخها أنها صدرت قبل نحو 8 أشهر، أن تلك الإجراءات جاءت تطبيقا لتعليمات صدرت عبر برقية من الديوان الملكي، وهو ما يعني أن السعودية كدولة تتبنّى بشكل رسمي رعاية وتأطير وتدريب الميليشيات المسلّحة في سوريا.المثير في الوثيقة السرية، هو أن "المجاهدين" الذين ترسلهم السعودية من مختلف الجنسيات للقتال في سوريا، ولإقامة إمارة إسلامية، هم من مرتكبي جرائم القتل والإغتصاب وترويج المخدرات، مثلما هو موضّح في الوثيقة السرية.غير أن الأكثر إثارة في تلك الوثيقة، هو أنها حملت إعترافا بأن المساجين المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام الذين سيستفيدون من العفو بعد التوجّه إلى سوريا، سيتم التحفّظ على عائلاتهم وذويهم، ومنعهم من مغادرة التراب السعودي، في إشارة إلى أنهم سيُتّخذون كرهائن، في حالة فرار المجرمين المستفيدين من العفو أو رفضهم بعد الإفراج عنهم القتال في سوريا.
