رغم ما تمتلكه الجزائر من امكانيات مادية و بشرية ضخمة

الا اننا لازلنا نعيش عالة على الدول الاوروبية و الاسيوية

ماكلنا و مشربنا و سياراتنا كلها من وراء البحر

رغم الدعم الكبير الذي تقدمه الدولة الجزائرية للشباب و للتنمية الاقتصادية

الا اننا مازلنا متاخرون

الا يستطيع الجزائري ان ينتج!!!!!

اين الخلل!!!!!

ما بال شبابنا لا يريد الا الجلوس وراء المكاتب و تصفح النت و فقط

اليست جزائرنا غنية بالاراضي الزراعية

حتى الحليب نستورده من نيوزيلندا

لماذا لا نربي معزة و نحلبها و نشرب حليبها

و نربي دجاجتين و ناكل بيضها

و نستغني عن الغرب

سؤال وجيه ألا يمكن للجزائري أن ينتج ..؟؟

هناك بعض الشباب أتيحت لهم الفرصة في الدول التي تحترم العلم وتعترف بالكفاءات هؤلاء الشباب أثبتوا أنهم كباقي الشعوب لأنهم وجدوا البيئة الملائمة لتفجير طاقاتهم أما ونحن نشهد كيف تسند المهام للرجل الغير المناسب في المكان الحيوي وكيف يعامل أصحاب الشهادات وخريجي المعاهد حين يتوافدون على مناصب العمل ثم ينتقى منهم من له وجهاء يقدمونه , قد نبالغ لكن الحقيقة
هناك أساليب ملتوية وهناك مجال واسع لكي تتجسد الإنتهازية فواقع الفلاحة عندنا منكوب ليس بسبب الضروف الطبيعية كالمناخ وغيرها ولكن بسبب التسيير فقد ارتفع ثمن شبر الأرض الى السعر الخيالي ما يحقق للطامعين فرص الثراء السريع فبرز السماسرة الذين حولوا الأراضي الفلاحية إلى عقارات وفوضى عارمة حين يستفيد من الأرض من لا باع له في الفلاحة فيأخذ المال على شكل تدعيم ويبذره هنا وهناك ويترك الأرض خاوية فأين من يحاسب وأين من يعاقب وأين القانون .
لكي ننتج علينا بانتهاج سياسة راشدة تضع الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب

الحاجة اللي تدوخني هي أنه ناس الدواوير أول من يسابقوننا على القصبر والنعناع

تجده يملك بيت بأربع واجهات تحيط به أراضي خصبة ولا يستطيع غرس "كاري" معدنوس

حتى لا نقول البطاطا أو الزرودية أو السلاطة

لا يستطيع صناعة من الحطب المترامي هنا وهناك زريبة لتربية عنزة وبعض الشويهات

وبالمقابل تجد بعضهم في منطقة عمرانية مكتظة يربي الأبقار حتى

مما يؤثر على جيرانه بالسلب بسبب الرائحة والخوار
