اتحاد المحامين العرب: الغرب يخطط لتفتيت العرب في 66 دولة

أكد الأمين العام لاتحاد المحامين العرب عمر الزين، أن دول الغرب باتت غير راضية اليوم عن التقسيمات التي فرضتها اتفاقية "سايكس بيكو" عام 1916لتحديد مناطق النفوذ، مبيناً أنهم يريدون تفتيت الدول العربية الـ 22 القائمة إلى 66 دولة.وقال الزين - لبناني الجنسية - في تصريحاتٍ لمراسل وكالة أنباء فارس على هامش لقائه صباح الثلاثاء، بعضو المكتب السياسي لحركة الجهاد الإسلامي في فلسطين محمد الهندي في غزة "إن دول الهيمنة العالمية وضعت مخططاً لتفتيت كل دولة عربية على حدة"، محذّراً من أنهم يضمرون لتقسيم سوريا بموجب هذا المخطط إلى سبع دول.

وأوضح، أن دول الغرب باتت غير راضية اليوم عن التقسيمات التي فرضتها اتفاقية "سايكس بيكو" عام 1916لتحديد مناطق النفوذ بعد تهاوي الإمبراطورية العثمانية، مبيناً أنهم يريدون تفتيت الدول العربية الـ 22 القائمة إلى 66 دولة.

وأشار الزين إلى حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني، قائلاً: نحن مستعدون للضغط بصورةٍ مباشرة لإنهاء حالة الانقسام التي تعصف بالساحة الفلسطينية، فالوحدة هي الطريق الوحيد لهزيمة العدو.

ولفت إلى جهوزية ما يربو عن مليون محامي عربي ضمن الاتحاد كي يكونوا تحت التصرف من أجل تحقيق الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية، والاتفاق على برنامج سياسي تتقاطع فيه كل القواسم المشتركة بين القوى والفصائل والفعاليات المجتمعية والشعبية.

ونوه الزين إلى أن الوضع القائم في الساحة الفلسطينية وعلى مستوى العالم العربي مؤسف.

وفي سياق آخر، دان الزين، قرار كيان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منع الأمين العام لحركة الجهاد الإسلامي في فلسطين رمضان عبد الله ونائبه زياد النخالة من زيارة قطاع غزة.

وقال: إسرائيل قامت بهذه الخطوة كي تقول بأن يدها هي الطولى على مستوى الأرض والواقع في القطاع"، متوقعاً أن يكون لهذا القرار تداعياته على مستوى التعامل مع العدو بكل النواحي العسكرية والقانونية وأمام جميع المحافل الدولية.

وأكد الزين أن القرار الإسرائيلي يُحتم علينا واجب الانتباه لتطبيق كل الاتفاقيات الأممية الصادرة بهذا الخصوص، بالنسبة لتعامل سلطات الاحتلال مع المواطنين أهل الأرض والوطن.

وشدد على حق كل فلسطيني لا بل وعربي بزيارة قطاع غزة، قائلاً: إن للصهاينة تفسيراتهم للزيارة، ولنا تفسيراتنا، وبالتالي كلنا في وجه العدو ومن الواجب أن نكون وحدةً متضامنة ومتكاتفةً لمجابهته على كل الأصعدة.

وعلَّق الزين على قضية الأسرى المضربين في سجون الاحتلال وتحديداً الأسيران سامر العيساوي وأيمن الشراونة والقياديان بحركة الجهاد الإسلامي طارق قعدان وجعفر عز الدين، قائلاً: كل التحية لهؤلاء الأحرار لأنهم فعلاً بموقفهم هذا يعلموننا دروساً في الاتحاد والتكاتف ضد العدو.

وأضاف: موضوع الأسرى هو همنا الرئيس، وبالتالي نحن كاتحاد محامين عرب ننقل بصورة دائمة لكل الاتحادات الدولية ولكل نقابات المحامين وكل المنظمات الحقوقية في العالم المآسي التي يعشيها أسرانا الأبطال داخل المعتقلات والسجون الصهيونية.

من جانبه، رحب الدكتور محمد الهندي بالدكتور الزين والوفد الذي يرافقه في جولتهم لغزة، متحدثاً باستفاضة عن خطر المشروع الصهيوني وأبعاده الرامية لتفتيت قوى وسلب مقدرات الأمة.

وأكد الهندي في كلمته للوفد الزائر، أن فصائل المقاومة تدرك تماماً أن هذا المشروع لا يمكن مواجهته إلا بالوحدة الشعبية والميدانية، منوهاً في سياق آخر إلى أن المفاوضات كانت غطاءً لتهويد القدس والتوسع الاستيطاني على حساب الأرض.

وأعلن الهندي أن حركة الجهاد الإسلامي ليس لها طموح في الانخراط بأي مؤسسة من إفرازات اتفاقية "أوسلو"، مضيفاً: لذلك كان منطقنا ولا يزال مقبولاً عند جميع الأطراف.

ومضى يقول: سنعمل على رأب الصدع الحاصل على اعتبار أننا لسنا طرفاً فيه، بكل ما نملك من قوة، مبيناً أنه "يجب استثمار انتصار المقاومة الأخير في غزة لتحقيق هذا الهدف".
