اذا كان عنك طماطم كثيرة في الثلاجة و احترتي ماذا تفعلين بها قبل ان تفسد

و ترميها في القمامة

اليك فكرة جميلة ستستفدين منها اكيد

اولا اغسلي الطماطم جيدا

و قطعيها قطع صغيرة

ثم اضيفي حبتين من البصل مقطعة قطع صغيرة

و سنينات ثوم

شوية ملح

بهارات حسب الذوق انا استعملت فلفل اسود و كمون

ملعقتين زيت زيتون

ملعقتين سكر للتخلص من حموضة الطماطم

حبة فلفل اخضر

و اعشاب عطرية

تضعين الكل في قدر الضغط و اتركيهم على نار هادئة لمدة 25 دقيقة

ثم ضعي الخليط في الميكسور

و في الاخير اضيفي ملعقتين من الطماطم المصبرة

ثم افرغي الخليط في علب صغيرة

او قنينات الماء الصغيرة و ضعيها في المجمد

و عند الحاجة اخرجيها من المجمد

ممكن تستعمليها في البيتزا او السوفلي او الغراتان او الكيش

يعني عند الحاجة تجدين الصلصة حاضرة

أنا طريقتي مختلفة و افضل حفظها بطريقتين و استعملها خاصة في الطهي مباشرة...
و طريقتي بالصور..

تنظف الطماطم و تقطع مكعبات ثم نرحيها في الميكسور.

اضيف ملح و زيت زيتون و فلفل احمر طبيعي محضر في البيت

اعيد خلطه في الميكسور و يعطي لونا احمر قاتم...

ثم اوزعها في قوالب السيليكون أو البلاستيك و اضعها في المجمد

و يكون هذا شكلها النهائي

و احفظها في علبة او كيس بلاستيكي في المجمد و كلما اردت كمية آخذ حسب حاجتي و هي صالحة لكل انواع الوصفات بهذه الطريقة لانها خالية من التوابل و الثوم التي قد نستعملها في اكلات و لا نستعملها في اخرى...

و طريقفتي الاخرى في الحفظ هي تجميد الحبة كاملة ثم عند الحاجة ناخذها و نضعها في القدر مباشرة و بعد دقيقتين ننزعها و نتخلص من القشرة و نطحنها بالشوكة و نعيد الصلصة الى القدر...
و لكني افضل الطريقة الاولى...لانها عملية اكثر...
