وثيقة للمخابرات الأمريكية تكشف عن دولة فلسطينية بحدود 67 بحلول 2030

نشرت صحيفة هارتس العبرية صباح اليوم الثلاثاء على موقعها باللغة العبرية ما قالت أنه وثيقة قدمتها المخابرات الأمريكية cia إلى الإدارة الأمريكية وجرى توزيعها على إداراة الجهاز المخابراتي الأمريكي بالإضافة الى جهات سياسية ودبلوماسية أمريكية محددة موضحة أن هذه الوثيقة ترسم مستقبل العالم بحلول العام 2030. وبحسب هارتس فإن هذه الوثيقة تتناول الواقع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي موضحة أنها تعتقد أنه سيتم إقامة دولة فلسطينية في حدود 67 بحلول العام2030 حتى دون توقيع إتفاق سلام بين الفلسطينيين والاسرائيليين بشكل نهائي حيث لن يتم تسوية النزاع بين الجانبين بشان القدس .

كما أشارت التقديرات المخابراتية الأمريكية أنه سيتم تسوية العديد من الأمور بين الجانبين مثل تبادل الأراضي ووضع تكون فيه الدولة الفلسطينية منزوعة السلاح وترتيبات أمنية على الحدود مع الأردن ومصر.

وحول مستقبل اسرائيل تتوقع وثيقة المخابرات الأمريكية زيادة الخلافات والتوترات الداخلية خصوصابين أنصار المجتمع المدني والمتدينيين والعلمانيين والمستوطنيين .

كما أشارت الوثيقة الى أن الغضب في العالم الاسلامي على أمريكا سيخف حال إنسحاب قوات الولايات المتحدة من العراق والتوصل لتسوية بشأن الملف الفلسطيني حتى ولو لم يكن حلا نهائيا جذريا ينهي الصراع.

وبحسب هارتس فإن مجلس الإستخبارات الوطني في واشنطن، أجرى تقييم وثيقة المخابرات الأمريكية التي تنص على أنه "على الصعيد المحلي الداخلي فان اسرائيل ستواجه إنقسامات متزايدة حول رؤية تأسيس الدولة في عام 1948.

وترى الوثيقة ان ليبرالية الدولة ستنخفض وسيكون هناك تزايد في وزن وثقل للمحافظين وحركة المستوطنين المتدينين بين الناس في اسرائيل.

وبحسب محللي الاستخبارات الأمريكية فإنهم عبروا عن إعتقادهم أن هذه التوترات قبل عام 2030 سوف تزداد لكن اسرائيل ستبقى أقوى قوة عسكرية في المنطقة، ولكن سوف تواجه شدة في التهديد المستمر.

كما ستواجه اسرائيل معارضة متزايدة في الرأي العام العربي والتي قد تحد من حرية المناورة لإسرائيل ".

واضعي الوثيقة يرون أن "حل النزاع الإسرائيلي - الفلسطيني يمكن أن يحدث في وقت قريب وعدم تحقيقه سيكون له عواقب على مدى العقدين القادميين على المنطقة وعلى اسرائيل لأن عدم توصلها لحل سوف يصعب مهمتها في القضاء على ايران وحزب الله وحماس فبدون تآكل الدعم الشعبي لهذه الأطراف المعادية لاسرائيل لن يتم التخلص منها وللتخلص من هذه الجهات المعادية لا بد من دعم فرصة إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.

ويؤكد الكاتبون أنه بدون تصور نهاية للصراع بين اسرائيل و الفلسطينيين فإن اسرائيل ستواجه مصاعب جمة حيث كتبوا بدون أي حل، فإن إسرائيل ستكون مجبرة على بذل جهدا أكثر وأكثر للسيطرة على السكان الفلسطينيين في الضفة وستواج الاضطرابات في جارتها غزة".

وتشير التقديرات المخابراتية الامريكية أن الدولة الفلسطينية ستولد بعد سنوات من الارهاق والتعب للجانبين دون حل القضايا الجوهرية مثل اللاجئين والعودة والقدس .

كما أشار التقدير إلى أن حماس ستخرج من معسكر ايران وستكون ضمن معسكر العالم السني الذي لن يعترض على الدولة الفلسطينية الجاري الحديث عنها كما أن الأمريكيين يعتقدون أن المصالحة الفلسطينية ستمضي قدما بين رام الله وغزة.

وقالت هارتس ان الوثيقة الخاصة ب cia تتناول مستقبل نحو عشرين بلدا في العالم وتوجهات الأوضاع بهذه الدول في حلول العام 2030.

كما رأت ال cia أن الدول العربية ستبقى ضعيفة فيما ستبقى الدول المسيطرة والقوية بالشرق الأوسط إيران وتركيا وإسرائيل مشيرين إلى أن هناك توقعات بنشوب حرب بين إيران والمملكة العربية السعودية التي ترفض قيام دولة نووية في طهران موضحة أن السعودية ستبادر لشراء القوة النووية من باكستان إذا لم يتم وقف الملف النووي الإيراني مشيرين إلى أن تركيا والإمارات والأردن تدعم الموقف السعودي.

كما توقع السيناريو إمكانية قيام ثورة في إيران ضد النظام الايراني المتشدد حيث ستكون الثورة عنيفة جدا لكنها ستنتهي باسقاط النظام الإيراني ودخول طهران الى دولة ديمقراطية تتحالف مع الغرب.

كما توقعت المخابرات الأمريكية أن تبقى الولايات المتحدة في قمة الدول المسيطرة على العالم إلا أنها ستواجه تنافسا كبيرا من الصين .
