من أجل انضباط أكثر داخل القسم

ستعكف، وزارة التربية الوطنية، على إعداد ميثاق أخلاقيات الحجرة، أو القسم، بداخل المدرسة الابتدائية، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي، الأساتذة والمعلمين، بغية تكريس مبدإ الانضباط، ترقية التعليم والحفاظ على ممتلكات القسم. بالمقابل فقد أشرفت مديرية التكوين بالوزارة على تنظيم ملتقى تكويني لفائدة مفتشي التربية والتعليم الابتدائي، اختتمت أشغاله أمس بثانوية الأشرف بباب الزوار.

ونظمت مديرية التكوين، على مستوى وزارة التربية الوطنية، ملتقى تكوينيا لفائدة 150 مفتش للتربية والتعليم الابتدائي التابعين لمديريات التربية الثلاث: وسط، وشرق، وغرب، بثانوية مصطفى الأشرف بباب الزوار، حول أداءات مفتش التربية والتعليم، بحيث سيتلقون تكوينا في مجال التدريب على استخدام مجموعة من المقاربات في مجال التدريس، ومنها المقاربة بالكفاءات والمقاربة بالمشاريع.

وخلال الملتقى، فقد تطرق الحضور إلى ما يمسى بـ"مشروع القسم"، وعليه فقد تم الاتفاق على إعداد أو وضع ميثاق أخلاقيات الحجرة، أو القسم، بغية ترقية التعليم في القسم، تكريس مبدإ الانضباط، الحفاظ على ممتلكات القسم، بالإضافة إلى خلق فضاء حيوي مثير لشهية التمدرس لدى التلاميذ، وعليه فقد تم تزويد المفتشين بأدوات تسيير القسم لتحقيق مبدإ الانضباط والتعاون بين التلاميذ والمعلم والأستاذ، بغية بلوغ هدف الدرس.

وبذلك فإن مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي مطالبون مباشرة بعد انقضاء فترة تكوينهم، بالشروع في وضع و خلق ميثاق لأخلاقيات القسم، بالتعاون مع المعلمين والأساتذة، وذلك بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية كل مؤسسة تربوية وخصوصية كل حجرة درس، ومعنى ذلك أن كل معلم مطالب بخلق ميثاق خاص بقسمه، باقتراح مجموعة من الحلول والآليات الكفيلة بحل مشكل مطروح، كمشكل الفوضى داخل القسم، أو تكرار الغياب في صفوف التلاميذ.
