هذه لامونة تعلمتها من والدتي ربي يحفظها

و هي تعلمتها من السيذة سامية صاحبة اشهر برنامج اذاعي

الا و هو البيت السعيد

المقادير

4 بيض

كاس سكر

كاس حليب

ملعقة صغيرة حبة الطيبة مرحية

100غ زبدة طرية

ملعقتين خميرة خبز

فرينة

التحضير

اولا اخلطي الزبدة مع السكر جيدا ثم اضيفي الحليب و البيض ثم ملعقة حبة الطيبة و قشور الليمونة و القارص

ثم الخميرة و اضيفي الفرينة حتى تتحصلي على عجينة طرية

اتركيها في مكان دافئ حتى يتضاعف حجمها

في صينية مدهونة اصنعي كويرات صغيرة تم دعيها تخمر للمرة الثانية

ثم ادهنيها بصفار البيض و ذري فوقها الجلجلان

و ضعي الصينية في فرن ساخن

و النتيجة
