مرّ على وطني عامٌ

ولم تزهر ورود السلام

وزاد فوق العام عامٌ

ولم تتغير نبرة الكلام

وُلد وطني قبل التاريخ

وما سجلوه في دفترِ الأوطان

قالوا وطن جريح

لكنْـ

ما عالجوه من الأسقام

حسبوا وطني ضعيفا

يسقونه متى ما شاؤوا الهوان

بل بلادي عزيزةٌ

يحييها رجالٌ لا غلمان

كلّنا يوم الوغى ثوارٌ

ما استباحنا ظلم ولا طغيان

مرّ عام

وبلادي

حبيسة الأعوام

وأرض بلادي

قدّموها للموتــ قربانــ

وسمــاء بلادي

ما زارها فجرها


ولا انصرفت عنها الأحزان

قتلةُ بلادي أدموا قلوبنا

قتلة بلادي خلّانـٌ وإخوانـٌ

هل تكفي شفاعة الأديان

لتنسى الرموش البريئة

آلامها والأشجان

لتصفح أمٌّ عن جلاّدها

ورضيعها محمّل في الأكفان

لننسى جرائم القاتل

وينسى السجين ظلمَ السجان

قتلةَ بلادي

اجمعوا صكوك الغفران

قبل

أن تلاقونا عند بوابات الموت

نطلب الإنصاف باسم الأديانـْ
