اليوم تشهد مصر الشقيقة المرحلة الأولى للإستفتاء على مشروع الدستور المصري الجديد الدي يمثل أول إختبار حقيقي لشعبية الرئيس المنتخب الدكتور محمد مرسي

كما يمثل أول نمودج حضاري لإعداد الدستور
