التُورتَة المالحَة .

السلام عليكم
تعودنا ، أن تكون أغلب التورتات حلوة .. لكن هذهِ المرّة علينا كسر العادة و عليه قمت بتحضير هذه الكيكة المالحة السسهلة جدا و الطيِّبة كثيرًا .
و هي مكونة من خبزة " خبزة منزلية عادية لكن فقط هذه المرة وضعتها لِتُطهى في طاجين ملائم للخبزة يستحمل الحرارة " و حشوة بسيطة جدا و يحبها الجميع أيضًا .

المقادير هي :
500 غ فرينة + ملعقة كبيرة خميرة فورية + ملعقة صغيرة ملح + 2 معلق كبار حليب بودرة +2 معالق كبار زيت عادي +ملعقة كبيرة سكر+ملعقة صغيرة خمارة الحلوة + طبعا الماء دافيء

الكل في الخلاط يعجن 7 دقائق نترك العجينة تتخمر في مكان دافي ثم ننزل الضغط نشكل خبزة و نضعها في طاجين الطياب تستحمل الحرارة بعد دهنه بالسمن و رشه بالفرينة نتركها تتخمر مرة ثانية ثم اخبزها في الفرن مدة 25 الى 30 دقيقة .
