اذا استسقى لكم نفرٌ
فلا برد و لا مطرٌ
سماء الفسق صافية
و رأس العام ينتظرُ
تفيض كؤوسكم خمرا
فبشرى ينتشي العمرُ
فنحن لنا شعائرنا
تجاهل فضلَها البشرُ
نصارى إن أتت سنة
أُعِدََ الرقصُ و الشجرُ
و في الاضحى لنا عيد
مع الاسلام إن نحروا
اذا استسقى لكم نفرٌ
فإنّ شعوبنا بقرٌ
و رغم جنون أمّتنا
على الأعدا سننتصرُ؟
و لكن من أعادينا؟
و من نحن و ما الخبرُ
هنيئا عامنا نهرٌ
و فى الاوحال ننصهرُ
علام نسبّ أقواما
نؤيّدهم و قد كفروا
على خطواتهم نمضي
و نعم الرّأي ما أمروا
لسان الحال مهزلة
لمن في قلبه بصرٌ
