الا يحق للغجر انشاء دولتهم ؟

لا حديث في هذا العالم، إلا عن التوترات السياسية، الأزمة العالمية، الحروب القاتلة، الإرهاب الأعمى، والمشروع النووي الإيراني، وما خلفته وثائق "وكي ليكس" من صدمات وفضائح، وكشف بعض الأسرار الخفية، وما ستسفر عنه الانتخابات المصيرية في السودان في أوائل جانفي، هذه الأخيرة ستقرر انفصال الجنوب عن الشمال أم الوحدة الترابية؟ إذا كانت هذه الأحداث راهن اليوم، فهي كذلك واقع العولمة، فرضت من دول لها وزنها على صعيدين السياسي والعسكري؛ وحتى الاقتصادي، والعديد من الأحداث التي يشهدها العالم كقضية "فلسطين" التي تتلاعب بها الأيادي القذرة، لا تريد لها أسس أو منقذ رغم التفاوض وعملية السلام الذين داما سنوات، وهذه المفاوضات مستمرة إلى حد الآن بدون نهاية، حتى تذكرت عقدة "ميبوس" حين صرح رئيس الوزراء الأسبق إسحاق شامير: "سنفاوض الفلسطينيين 20 أو 30 سنة، ولن يحصلوا على شيء، سنفاوض ونستمر في الاستيطان، حتى لا يبقى للفلسطينيين شبر من الأرض يحلمون بإقامة دولتهم عليه..." ولا ننسى ما يتعرض له الشعب الصحراوي من قمع واعتقال من طرف الشقيق، وسلبه لحريته وكرامته و... صحيح هذه القضايا( فلسطين الصحراء الغربية)عادلة يؤمن بها العدو قبل الصديق،و البعيد قبل القريب وهي من الملفات العالقة والصعبة، لكن هناك قضايا جمة مهملة ومدفونة تحت الرماد، لأن العالم ركز على قضايا وتجاهل قضايا أخرى تبدو حساسة وهي عادلةأيضا، على غرار شعب موزع ومنتشر عبر أنحاء المعمورة له لغته، وعاداته وأساليبه في العيش، دون أن يشعر أو يسمع عنهم أحد، وكأن حياتهم لا تساوي شيئا، لنلقي الضوء على حياتهم ومشاعرهم وأحلامهم المبتورة، هم شعب، يعيش حياة هامشية، مميزة وغامضة ومجهولة، مما جعلهم لغزا صعبا في الحل، تحفظ هذا الشعب، وانغلق على نفسه وعدم البوح بأسرار نشأتهم ومعيشتهم. حسب التاريخ جاؤوا من الهند نحو آسيا الصغرى، ومن هنا تفرقوا إلى مجموعتين كبيرتين أطلق عليهم "هوميروس" اسم شعب النجمة. تلك الجماعات التي تملك في كل بلد مكانا والتي تعيش مع الحضارة، لها كل المقومات إلا مقومات الأرض والحدود، يتقن أفرادها صنع المعادن وأسرار البرونز، وصناعات أخرى.



لهذا الشعب تراث شفهي كله ينتقل من الأم إلى ابنتها، ولا يمكن معرفة عنه، سوى ما يقبل الغجر بكشفه، أمتعوا الشعوب بغنائهم الراقي، وموسيقاهم الجميلة، شعرهم وقصصهم وحكاياتهم الشعبية، وتراثهم وأناشيدهم الجميلة الساحرة، يقولون أنه شعب معقد، ولا يعرف أحد أسرارهم إلا ما بينهم، ومازالوا يحافظون على لغتهم الأصلية وهم يتكلمون لغة الدولة الموجودين بها، كما يرفضون التحضر والذوبان في الدول التي يقيمون بها، رغم محاولة بعض الدول إسكانهم البيوت، إلا أنهم يرفضون. الا يحق للغجر إنشاء دولة يتمتعون بالحقوق السيادية، السياسية، الإنسانية، والاجتماعية...؟ أو استقلال ذاتي تحت وصية أو غطاء دولة ما. أحيانا يفرض السؤال نفسه من هم اصحاب القرار و زعيمهم السياسي؟ هل لديهم جمعيات دوليةلتتكفل و تدافع عن حقهم المشروع؟ هل... هل... والغريب في الأمر، وما يذكر أنه قد تردد الحديث في الستينات عن إنشاء دولة مستقلة للغجر، وقد تدخلت الأمم المتحدة في الموضوع... ولكن لم يسفر عن أية نتيجة، والسبب الذي أعطى عن ذلك، هو أن عشرات الألوف من الغجر عارضوا هذا المشروع! لماذا عارض الغجر عن هذا المشروع أسئلة تطرح نفسها بنفسها وقد تكون أيادي خفية لها ضلع في ذلك، والإجابة تكون عند الغجر لأنهم هم أدرى بأسرارهم.

بما أنهم هم انفسهم رفضوها فأين الداعي لاقامة دولة للغجر
ماهي العرقية الأمريكية ؟؟ لا توجد فكل مواطن يقضي 5 سنوات يصير أمريكيا
و الجميع في امريكا يحترم هذا التنوع الاثني
قلماذا تصر أمريكا و غيرها ان يكون لكل عرقية دولتها
و هل كل اثنية في العالم لها دولتها الخاصة
ربما المشكل الاول كان في سيكس-بيكو التي مزقت الشعوب "خاصة العربية منها"بين حدود فرنسية و بريطانية فقسمت الدروز بين سوريا لبنان فلسطين و الاكراد بين ايران سوريا العراق تركيا

لكن ما ضاع حق وراءه طالب يكفي للغجر ان يطالبوا و ستتفاعل الاوضاع معهم ايجابا

يجب ان تكون لنا القوة حتى نستطيع تقرير رسم خرائطنا
اما أن تصنع النووي او تنتظر المسيح المخلص

حينها سيكون للفلسطينيين و للأكراد دولة دولة و للغجر دولة و لكل صاحب حق دولته
