التحالفات الحزبية في الجزائر... سلاح ذو حدين




برزت في الانتخابات المحلية المؤخرة، ما يسمى بالتحالفات الحزبية بشكل كبير جدا على المستوى الوطني، وقد كانت هاته التحالفات سلاح ذو حدين وذلك إما بتحالف الأحزاب الضعيفة والناشئة في عدد المقاعد المتحصل عليها والمتعطشة للحكم، لنزع أصحاب الشكارة والمصالح الخاصة من الكراسي التي داموا فيها لسنين عدة، حتى ولو كان لهم عدد لا بأس به من المقاعد المتحصل عليها في الانتخابات، أو العكس بتحالف أصحاب الشكارة والمصالح ضد الآخرين، بشراء مقعد أو اثنين أو أكثر من القوائم الأخرى للظفر بالبلدية، وهنا يقع الاختلاف في أن النوع الأول لا يقدر على شراء ذمم الآخرين أو حتى الاتفاق معهم في وجهات النظر، التي تختلف بين من يحمل شعار العمل والتغيير ومن يحمل شعار النهب والتخريب، مع العلم أن النوع الثاني بإمكانه عمل المستحيل لرئاسة البلدية بشتى الطرق المباحة أو حتى غير المباحة لا سمح الله وهذا حسب ما نطلع عليه من حديث الشارع في عدد كبير من ولايات الوطن، وفي كلتا الحالتين وحسب رأيي الخاص فإنه يبقى هم الأول والثاني الوحيد هو الوصول إلى السلطة وإلى كرسي البلدية، التي لا سمح الله تغير شخصية المرء بزاوية 180 درجة إن لم أقل 360 درجة.

1- تحالف مع الشيطان: تجد بعض القوائم مستعدة للتحالف مع اي كان مهما كان انتمائه و حتى و ان اختلفت الكتل السياسية، المهم ينال الكرسي.

2- تحالف من أجل الشيطان: و هو تحالف قوى الشر فيما بينهم للاستحواذ غلى هيرات البلدية فالنفوس جنود مجندة.

3- تحالف ضد الشيطان: "و هو مطلب الشعب" و هو التحالف المرجو لصد الباب أما قوائم النهب و العار.

فالمادة 80 من قانون البلدية 2011 ، تعتبر مادة سامة وقاتلة

لأنها حللت التحالفات الحزبية بين الأحزاب للظفر بمقاعد البلدية واقتسام الغلة

وكما ذكرت أخي ، إضافة إلى هناك تحالفات تكون بين الأحزاب العتيدة كتحالف الأفلان والآرندي في بعض البلديات

في الحقيقة هو تحلّف وعندنا مثل الذي لا يحلل الحلال ولا يحرم الحرام يقال عنه يأكل الحلوف
وهذه الخرجة الجديدة تكشف أن السياسة عندنا ارتجالية لا تخضع لقانون ولا لأخلاق بل استثمار للمال على حساب المواطن .
