ربع إهتمام من فضلكم

مع إقتراب زيارة الرئيس الفرنسي للجزائر و ككل مرة تعلن حالة الطوارئ لدى المسؤولين بمختلف صفاتهم فتجدهم قائمين ليل نهار عاكفين على تزيين الحجر و الشجر و الشوارع و تهيئة كل ما من شانه أن تلمحه عين الزائر فوق العادة ..نفس الأمر ينطبق على هؤلاء المسؤولين حينما يتعلق الأمر بزيارة الرئيس او الوزير إلى منطقة من مناطق الوطن الشاسع ..ربما نحسن الظن و نقول أن من باب حسن الضيافة تزيين الاماكن التي سيزورها أو يدشنها الرئيس أو الوزير و لكن المواطن البسيط يتبادر إلى ذهنه سؤال هل نحن الشعب من دون قيمة لدى هؤلاء الوكلاء على أمورنا و مصالحنا معطلة و شوارعنا متسخة و الفساد و البيروقراطية تنخر بلدياتنا طيلة أيام السنة ..أليس عيبا أن لا تسمع و لو همسا من لدن النواب و المسؤولين و الأمر يتعلق بمصير و مصالح و إنشغالات الملايين من الشعب و تجدهم مهرولين صوب كل الإتجاهات و في سباق مع الزمن للقيام بدورهم على أكمل وجه حينما يتعلق الامر بمن هو أعلى درجة في المسؤولية و الهيبة.. إن الجزائري البسيط يحتاج لربع إهتمامكم كما تفعلون مع الضيف و المسؤول عنكم فتستقيم و تسهل عليه مناحي الحياة و يستطيع أن يرى شوارع نظيفة و بيئة مريحة ..المواطن البسيط يحتاج منكم أن تبصروا مشاكله و تعملون على حلها لا أن تناموا طوال السنة ..و إلا فما علينا إلا الدعاء بأن يكثر الله علينا من زيارات الفرنسيس والفرنجة و الرومان و العرب أجمعين فإن لم نستفد من نتائج الزيارات على المستوى الإقتصادي إستفدنا منها جانب النظافة و البيئة و المحيط .

صدقت، ربع إهتمام المسؤولين بالأجانب يكفي المواطن ويكفي البيئة ، وبرأيي المسؤول الذي يهتمّ بالنظافة العامّة بشكل دائم وروتيني مسؤول صالح، لأن أردوغان مثلا كان أوّل شيئ قام به بعد توّليه رئاسة بلدية اسطنبول هو إعلالن حملة شاملة للنظافة، شكرا جزيلا.

أتطالبهم يا سيدي بربع الاهتمام فقط....وزيادة على هذا تقول من فضلكم
لا أدري إن كان هذا الأسلوب في مخاطبتهم يمكن أن يؤتي أكله معهم...
ولا أدري إن كانوا يقدرون ثقل الحمل الذي يضعونه على أكتافهم وهم كالحمقى في غاية السعادة به...
لا أدري إن كانوا يستمعون لأصواتنا وصرخاتنا وحتى صمتنا أحيانا، ولا أدري إن كانوا يرون أوضاع الشعب ومعانته ومصالحه المعطلة هنا وهناك لأتفه الأسباب...
منذ قليل فقط كنت أتحدث لأحد القضاة الذين ينتسبون للهيئة التي أعمل بها، كان يخبرني عن شهادة المطابقة التي أراد استخراجها لإحدى قريباته التي تسكن بولاية سطيف وكيف أن الأمر استغرق أكثر من عشرة أيام من أجل أن يتوصل لمعرفة من المسؤول عن اصدار هذه الشهادة ما بين وزارة التعليم العالي ووزارة التربية، بالرغم من أنه اتصل بمسؤولين على أعلى المستويات بهاتين الوزارتين، ومثل هذا الشخص صدقوني لا يحتاج لأكثر من إجراء بعض المكالمات الهاتفية فقط لتحل كل المسائل التي يحتاجها...في سياق كلامه قال "أتصور حال مواطن بسيط جاءهم لنفس المسألة قادما من ولاية أدرار مثلا، مالذي سيفعلونه به ومعه؟؟
أوتضن يا سيدي أن ربع اهتمامهم سيكفي لمعالجة أوجاعنا من المسؤولين؟ إن كنت بهذا القدر من القناعة وعدم التطلب في هذه المسألة فإني أخبرك بأني أرفع صوتي عاليا وأقول: لا ولا وألف مليون لا... لانحتاج لربع اهتمامكم بل نحتاج الاهتمام كله وعلى مدار سنين عديدة لعل أنين معاناة المواطنين يهدأ...وسنحتاج للإهتمام كله على مدار سنين عديدة أخرى لعلنا نرقى لمصاف الدول التي تحترم نفسها وتحترم مواطنيها.

وكل ما يهم المواطنين
ولكن أنا سأكون برأيي بطريق أخرى تماما
لما دائما نلوم إلا المسؤولين والدوله
نعم هم مذنبين بكثير من الأمور
ولكن هل ترى شعبنا كشعوب أوروبا ثقافتا و مسؤوليتا
يا اخي أنا رأيت وأكيد أنت رأيت
مثلا بالنظافه
يا أخي هناك مكان لرمي الفضلات فيه
فتجد الناس ترمي أينما أرادوا وأينما وافق المكان رؤوسهم
وهذا بالنظافه
نمشي للمرور كمثال آخر
تجد الكل يعاكس والكل يحلو له مخالفة القانون

أنا لا أبريء الدوله من مسؤولياتها ولكن حتى نحن كشعب لنا مسؤوليه كبيره
وكأننا تربينا على الفوضى
رأي أعلم أن هناك الكثير سيخالفونه
ولكنه واقع وإستنطاق لما نعيش بكل حياديه

بما ان الموازين عندنا قد اختلت و أصبحنا لا نفرق بين الرجال و بين ربات الحجال...
وكان منا من يعتبر دولة الإسلام التي اسسها خير خلق الله دولة (يا غلام اضرب عنقه) و دولة أقصى ما يخاف حاكمها أن تعثر بغلة ...
و يعتبر دولتنا دولة عصرية... لان فيها الماء والكهرباء والمدارس والسيارات و الطرق و السدود و السوناطراك و الأعلام و الفريق الوطني و ملعب 5 جويلية ...
فمن المنطقي ان نرى مثل هذه التصرفات من المسئولين الأفاضل الذين خرجوا من بين أظهرنا قل عندهم الوازع الديني كما قل عندنا و بعد ان إحترفوا سياسة البريكولاج و تبرير الفشل علموا ان في مثل هذه الاحوال من يخلفهم لن يكون افضل منهم حال...
فضربوا بهموم المواطن عرض الحائط ولا يخدمونه إلا إذا كان في خدمته منفعة لهم...
المهم ....لا ربع إهتمام و لا نصف إهـتمام و السلام
