:15:هدي اول مشاركة لي فى المنتدى اتمنى ان تنال اعجابكم وارجو التقييم مانطولش عليكم واليكم المقادير 4 كيسان فرينة 2 مغارف كبار مايزينة 3 مغارف كبار سكر + حبة بيض 3 مغارف زبدة دايبة + مغرف صغيرة خميرة خبز 1 خميرة كيميائية + رشة ملح كاس وربع حليب دافئ +1 لفني :12: الطريقة -- نضع الفرينة في قصعة صغيرة ونحط فوقها جميع المقادير ونلمها بالحليب الدافئ المهم تكون جارية شوية وتلتصق بالايدي و نتركها تخمر مدة 30د ومن بعد نفشها ونحلها بالحلال ونقطعها دوائر كبار ونخليها تخمر مرة تانية ثم نقليها في زيت سخون ونقلي بالحبة وحدة وهي في المقلات نقعد نهز بالمغرف الزيت ونصبو فوقها حتى تنتفخ و تحمار مليح :1:ولما تطيب وهي سخونة نغمسها في السكر ثم ناتي بالمقص ونفتحها شوية ونعمرها بالمعجون تاع المشماش او الشوكولاطة . :11:والله تجي هايلة:11:
