التلاميذ ضحية طمع الأساتذة " الأعوام البيضاء"

_ أخذوا الأساتذة يتذمرون ثم يتذمرون و هم لا يعرفون أنهم السبب في تدهور تطور دولة عظيمة بمثل هذه الدولة الجزائرية،و في ضياع أجيال من هذا الوطن.
لا أقصد الاهانة لبعض منهم،فقد رأيت بأمِّ عينيّ انّ بعضًا منهم كانوا مجبورين على الاضراب بسبب النقابة التي كانت السبب الوحيد في اجبار الأساتذة الغير المرحِبين بالاضراب.
فعلى هذا، قصدت اللّوم على بعضهم و بشكل كبير على النقابة التربوّية،لما لها من فساد على مستوى هيكلها،
كلُّ هذا و لو تراهم كيف يدرِّسون(بعضهم كما ذكرت) و كأنهم لا يعلمون انّ الذّي امامهم مستقبلٌ شارقْ و مليء بالحيوية و الانفتاح،فبمدرستنا مثلا "ثانوية فارس الطاهر ببلدية بئر العاتر" لا نملك معظم الأساتذة خاصةً الجذع العلمي الذّي لا يملك معظم أساتذته للمواد العلمية، فماذا نفعل و نحن على المحكّ؟. و نحن التلاميذ أِذا أَدَرْنَا الكفّة لمناقشتهم يقولون أنّ الحكومة (ولا أقول الدولة كما هم يقولون) نزعت كرامتهم . و أنا بتحليلي لا أرى ذلك بتاتا، خاصّةً و أنّ الحكومة نفذّت جميع مطالبهم بالحرف في كلّ أِضرابٍ يقومون به، من زيادةٍ في الأجور(مع العلم انّ أجورهم لا تقلّ على أجور القضاة)، و سكنات و شقق بالمجّان و ضمانات على مستقبل أبنائهم،الى سيارات بالتقسيط يكادوا أنْ يأخذونها بالمجّان،،
فبرأيكم كيف نحرّر أنفسنا من طمع هؤلاء؟ بالشكوى ضدّهم؟ فلا نلفت انتباه أحد،بمناقشتهم؟ لا نستطيع لأننا نحن المتضرّرون بعدها.
فيجب أنْ يكون في علْمِ كلّ المسئولين أنّ المتضرّر الأكبر هنا هو مستقبل الدّولة بأَسْرِهَا ، و أنا بنفسي لا أسمح بذلك أبدًا .

أخي الكريم لا تخف من المستقبل فأستاذك ربما ظلمته فهو لم يجد وسيلة للمطالبة بحقه سوى ما ترى كأن السلطة عندنا ترد عليه حين ترفع نسب النجاح الى المستوى الخيالي خاصة عندما تمر السنة شبه بيضاء وبيضاء كأنها تقول له لا يعنيني ما تقوم به ثم نحن نعلم الأستذ من والتلميذ من وكلهم طبقة واحدة هي الشعب .
