ماذا يحدث يحدث داخل البلديات؟
-إن الصراعات التي نشبت ولازالت منذ إعلان النتائج النهائية للانتخابات المحلية والولائية بين أعضاء المجالس البلدية الذين هم من المفروض أعضاء منتخبين سواء كان ذالك عن طريق الصناديق الشفافة أو عن طريق الصناديق البنكية التي كانت تحمل غالبا أوراق ليست أوراق للانتخاب وإنما هي أوراق حمراء وخضراء من فئة الإلف والألفي دينار .
لقد تعهد المنتخبون أثناء حملتهم الانتخابية ومنهم من اقسم وحنث اليمين من اجل وفائه وإخلاصه لناخبيه أو معارضيه لان الجميع أبناء بلديته وانه ديمقراطي متحضر سوف يخدم المؤيد والمعارض من هذا الشعب المسكين
ومن المترشحين من اختصر مساره ووفر جهده في الحملة الانتخابية وبدل السيئة بأخرى فقد تنازل عن حنث اليمين مقابل الرشاوى وشراء ذمم الفقراء ببخس الأثمان وكان له ذالك مادام في هذا الشعب من مزال لا يعلم أن قطعة الخمسون دينارا اقل شانا وقيمة من كيلوغرام البطاطا .
مازال لحد ألحظة هؤلاء القلة من هذه الأمة يقدسون مسئولية المناصب ويعبدون البدل وأربطة العنق حتى وان كانت بدلهم هذه تلبس فوق ملابس داخلية رديئة لينطبق عليهم المثل الشعبي المعروف........ويكون هؤلاء بذالك قد حققوا أمانيهم وجلسوا على مكاتب البلدية مادام أن في البلدية من هم أميون أو اقل بكثير من الأميين إن لم نقول جاهلون فأصبحت بذاك مكاتبهم من اجل المتاجرة والمعاشرة والمفاخرة عوض ان تكون بيت من البيوت التي يلقى فيها المواطن مصلحته أو على الأقل راحته ولو بكلمة طيبة .
فبعد تنصيب الاميار مازال صراع الأعضاء الآخرون متواصل ومازالت مهازل ديمقراطيتنا تتواصل ومازنا نحن شعب الجمهورية الجزائرية نترقب وننتظر ونتألم ونشكوا إلى الله قلة الحيلة وضعفنا وخيانة اميارنا.....واحداث بلدياتنا و كل بلديات هذا الوطن العظيم الذي انعم الله عليه بكل ثروات الدنيا إلا ثروة العقل والإخلاص والغيرة على الوطن والقناعة . نعم القناعة فهي منعدمة من هؤلاء فحل محلها الطمع والجشع والخيانة
هذه الأوضاع يتأسف لها الصغير قبل الكبير والمراقب هذه الأيام لما يحدث في كواليس البلديات يشعر وكأنها روضة أطفال يتنازع الصغار داخلها ويتقاذفون ويتشابكون بالأيادي أحيانا كثيرة
لأجل ماذا يحدث هذا الانحطاط ؟
- ربما أكون مخطئ في تفسيري ويكون البعض من القراء على صواب
- ربما يكون سبب تهافت المنتخبون وتكالبهم على المسئولية من اجل خدمة الأمة و تطوير البلديات.
- ربما يكون كل منتخب من هؤلاء يريد أن يكون الصورة ويكون قاطرة لرهط انتخبو ه لخدمة بلدياتهم وربما سيقضي المنتخبون الخمس سنوات القادمة من أعمارهم في خدمة شعبهم وسوف تكون هذه الخمسية ان صح التعبير خماسية الجري في قاعات المحاكم ان شاء الله
- ربما يريد هؤلاء أن يجعلوا من أغلال جهنم على أعناقهم روضة من رياض الجنة....أو أنهم أرادوا من هذا يكونوا أعيانا من واعيان قبيلتهم... وبالتالي يكونوا رمز من رموز اهااااااااااااااااااااااااااااايهم
- ربما..ربما... ربما أكون انا الوحيد المخطئ في تقديري وتفسيري لهذه الظاهرة التي ليست غريبة وإنما هي متطورة نوع ما عن سابقتها بالنضر إلى تكالب هؤلاء الناس من لاجل منصب المير في بلدياتهم واستعمالهم لأقبح السبل كالكذب والرشوة والعراك والسب.......إنهم باختصار عقدوا العزم على ترأس البلدية..اقصد بلدية غيرهاك
- بالرغم من كل هذا سواء كنت مخطئ أو على صواب فاستطيع أن اقرأ نوايا هؤلاء الناس من بوادر إعمالهم....واستطعت أن ألاحظ أن نية هؤلاء المنتخبون الذين انتخبوا بالأصوات والذي فازوا بالسياط والصبات أو فازو بميثاق أهاليهم...وسوف تظهر نواياهم عاجلا غير اجل ..وسوف يتأكد المعوز منا والفقير انه باع صوته بثمن اقل بكثير من الأمانة التي من المفروض ان يحملها من هو أهل لها . وسيتأكد هذا الشعب من صغيره إلى كبيره أن السيد رئيس البلدية جاء من اجل التبزنيس وسيعلم أهل الكارنفال أن مدام دليلة لن تأخذ هذه المرة قطعة ارض أو قطعتين بل ستأخذ العمارة حتى وان كانت تضم السفارة أو مقر وزارة الداخلية بما فيه.

أنا أصلا لا أنتظر خيرا ممن يجري وراء المناصب و لو علموا معنى أن تكون مسؤولا أمام الله ما فكروا فيها على الاطلاق.

لقد سمعت الكثير بخصوص ما حصل بعد الانتخابات في احدى بلديات العاصمة لدرجة تهديد بعضهم البعض من أجل المناصب و البعض يشتري و أخر يبيع و هذا كله ليس إلا من أجل مصالحهم الشخصية.
