[أمل الرّبيع]

الفوكاشيا خبز أو فطيرة ايطالية


يمكن يعجن عادي ويرشّ عليه القليل من الزّعتر والأعشاب المنسّمة

وممكن نجعل منه فطيرة كما فعلت أنا

وأصل العجين بزيت الزّيتون والزّيتون مقطّع

لكن أنّا عوّضته بالزّيت النباتي لأجل الأبناء ما يحبّوش الأعشاب وزيت الزّيتون :

المقادير :
نصف كلغ فرينة
ملح
ملعقة صغيرة سكر
ملعقة كبيرة خميرةالخبز
نصف كاس شاي زيت الزيتون
ماء دافئ للعجن

نمزج الدقيق مع الملح و السكر و الخميرة
نضيف الزيت و نمزج الكل جيدا
ثم الماء قليلا قليلا حتى الحصول على عجينة لينة
تعجن جيدا لمدة 10د حتى تتجانسالمكوّنات
و تترك تختمر من ساعة الىساعة و نصف حتى يتضاعف حجمها

الحشو:

أنت والموجود عندك

أنا وضعت لصوص نتاع البيتزا(بصل ،طماطم ،القليل من الزّعتر والفلفل الحار الأحمر)

بعد أن تخمر نقسمها نصفين النّصف الأوّل نبسطّه لمستطيل نضعة في صنية الفرن

وضعت طبقة لصوص بعدها شرائح من الجبن ثم الكاشير وضعت ثلاث أنواع

ثمّ أضفت (البطاطا مشرملة في لشبلور ومقلية)هذي ضفتها من عندي اختراع (حقوقه محفوظة ههه)

ثم الجبن المبشور

نأتي بالعجين المتبقّي ونبسّطه مستطيل ونضعه فوق الحشو نغلق الأطراف جيّدا

نتركها تخمر لنصف ساعة أخرى

نتقّبها بالشّوكة ونرش فوقها نصف كأس آخر من زيت الزّيتون

وعلى الفرن السّاخن ..على نار متوسّطة مدّة الطهي من 20الى 30دقيقة
