لماذا يحرم الإسلام الخنزير ، مع أنه مخلوق من مخلوقات الله ؟ ولماذا خلق الله الخنزير إذاً ؟

الحمد لله أولا : لقد حرم ربنا جل وعلا أكل الخنزير تحريما قطعيا ، قال تعالى : ( قُلْ لا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّماً عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَماً مَسْفُوحاً أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنْزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ ) الأنعام/145 ومن رحمة الله تعالى بنا ، وتيسيره علينا ، أنه أباح لنا أكل الطيبات ، ولم يحرم علينا إلا الخبائث ، قال تعالى : ( وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ ) الأعراف/157 فنحن لا نشك لحظة أن الخنزير حيوان خبيث قذر ، فإن أكله مضر بالإنسان ، ثم هو يعيش على الأوساخ والقاذورات ، وهو ما تأباه النفس السوية وتعافه وترفض تناوله ، لما فيه من إخلال بطبع الإنسان ومزاجه السوي الذي خلقه الله عز وجل فيه . ثانيا : وأما أضرار أكل الخنزير على جسم الإنسان ، فقد أثبت الطب الحديث جملة منها : • يعد لحم الخنزير من أكثر أنواع اللحوم الحيوانية التي تحتوي مادة الكوليسترول الدهنية ، والتي تقترن زيادتها في دم الإنسان بزيادة فرص الإصابة بتصلب الشرايين. كما أن تركيب الأحماض الدهنية في لحم الخنزير تركيب شاذ غريب يختلف عن تركيب الأحماض الدهنية في الأغذية الأخرى، مما يجعل امتصاصها أسهل بكثير من غيرها في الأغذية الأخرى وبالتالي زيادة كوليسترول الدم . • يساهم لحم الخنزير ودهنه في انتشار سرطان القولون والمستقيم والبروستاتا والثدي والدم . • يسبب لحم الخنزير ودهنه الإصابة بالسمنة وأمراضها التي يصعب معالجتها. • يسبب تناول لحم الخنزير الحكة والحساسية وقرحة المعدة. • يسبب تناول لحم الخنزير الإصابة بالتهابات الرئة والناتجة عن الدودة الشريطية ودودة الرئة والتهابات الرئة الميكروبية. وتتمثل أهم مخاطر تناول لحم الخنزير في احتواء لحم الخنزير على الدودة الشريطية وتسمى تينياسوليم التي يصل طولها إلى 2-3 متر. ويؤدي نمو بويضات هذه الدودة في جسم الإنسان فيما بعد إلى الإصابة بالجنون والهستيريا في حال نمو هذه البويضات في منطقة الدماغ ، وإذا ما نمت في منطقة القلب فإنها تؤدي إلى ارتفاع ضغط الدم وحدوث نوبات قلبية ، ومن أنواع الديدان الأخرى التي تتواجد في لحم الخنزير دودة التريكانيلا الشعرية الحلزونية المقاومة للطبخ والتي قد يؤدي نموها في الجسم إلى الإصابة بالشلل والطفح الجلدي . ويؤكد الأطباء أن أمراض الديدان الشريطية تعتبر من الأمراض الخطيرة التي تنجم عن تناول لحم الخنزير، وتتطور في الأمعاء الدقيقة عند الإنسان، وتنضج خلال شهور عدة لتصل إلى دودة بالغة، يتألف جسمها من حوالي ألف قطعة، ويصل طولها إلى ما بين 4 - 10 أمتار، وتعيش وحيدة في أمعاء الإنسان المصاب وتخرج بيضها مع البراز. وعندما تبتلع الخنازير البيض وتهضمه، يدخل إلى الأنسجة والعضلات مشكّلاً الكيسة المذنبة أو اليرقة، وهي كيس يحتوي على سائل وعلى رأس الدودة الشريطية. وعند تناول لحم الخنزير المصاب تتحول اليرقة إلى دودة كاملة في أمعاء الإنسان، وتسبب هذه الديدان ضعف الإنسان، ونقص فيتامين (ب12)، الذي يسبب نوعاً خاصاً من فقر الدم، وقد يسبب حدوث أعراض عصبية مثل التهاب الأعصاب، وقد تصل اليرقات في بعض الحالات إلى الدماغ مسببة حدوث الاختلاج، أو ارتفاع الضغط داخل الدماغ، وما يتلوه من صداع، واختلاج ، أو حتى حدوث الشلل . ويسبب تناول لحم الخنزير غير المطبوخ جيداً أيضا الإصابة بالديدان الشعرينية ، وعندما تصل هذه الطفيليات إلى الأمعاء الدقيقة تخرج يرقات كثيرة بعد 4 إلى 5 أيام لتدخل إلى جدار الأمعاء ، وتصل إلى الدم ومنه إلى معظم أنسجة الجسم، وتمر اليرقات إلى العضلات وتشكل كيسات هناك. ويعاني المريض من آلام عضلية شديدة، وقد يتطور المرض إلى حدوث التهاب السحايا، والدماغ ، والتهاب عضلة القلب والرئة، والكليتين، والأعصاب ، وقد يكون المرض مميتاً في حالات قليلة . ومن المعروف أن هناك أيضا بعض الأمراض الخاصة بالبشر ، لا يشاركهم فيها من الحيوانات إلا الخنزير، ومن ذلك الروماتيزم، وآلام المفاصل، وصدق الله العظيم إذ يقول : "إنما حرم عليكم الميتة والدم ولحم الخنزير وما أهل به لغير الله فمن اضطر غير باغ ولا عاد فلا إثم عليه إن الله غفور رحيم" البقرة/173 . فهذه بعض أضرار أكل الخنزير ، ولعلك بعد الوقوف عليها لا تستريب في تحريمه ، وإننا لنأمل أن يكون ذلك الخطوة الأولى لهدايتك إلى الدين الحق ، فلتقف ، ولتبحث ، ولتنظر ، ولتتأمل ، بعدل وإنصاف وتجرد لمعرفة الحق واتباعه واسأل الله تتعالى أن يهديك لما فيه خير لك في الدنيا والآخرة . على أننا لو لم نعلم في أكل الخنزير مضرة ولا أذى ، فهذا لا يغير من إيماننا بتحريمه شيئا ، ولا يضعف من تركنا له ، ولتعلم أن آدم عليه السلام إنما أخرج من الجنة لأجل أكلة أكلها من الشجرة التي نهاه الله عنها ، وما علمنا عن تلك الشجرة شيئا ، ولا كان آدم في حاجة إلى أن يبحث في سبب تحريم الأكل منها ، بل كان يكفيه ، كما هو يكفينا ويكفي كل مؤمن ، أن يعلم أن الله حرم هذا . وانظر حول بعض الأضرار المترتبة على أكل لحم الخنزير : أبحاث المؤتمر العالمي الرابع عن الطب الإسلامي ، ط الكويت [ 731 وما بعدها ] ، وأيضا : الوقاية الصحية في ضوء الكتاب والسنة ، لؤلؤة بنت صالح [ 635 وما بعدها ] . على أننا نعود فنسألك أنت أيها السائل : أليس الخنزير محرما في العهد القديم الذي هو شطر كتابكم المقدس : { لا تأكل رجسا ما ؛ هذه البهائم التي تأكلونها ... والخنزير لأنه يشق الظلف ، لكنه لا يجتر ، فهو نجس لكم ، فمن لحمها لا تأكلوا ، وجثثها لا تلمسوا } [ سفر التثنية 14/3-8 ونحوه في سفر اللاويين 11/1-8 ] . وتحريم الخنزير على اليهود لا يحتاج إلى أن ننقل دليلا عليه ، فإن كنت في شك ، فاسأل القوم يخبروك لكن الذي نظن أننا نحتاج إلى تنبيهك عليه هو بعض ما جاء في كتابكم المقدس أيضا ، لكن في عهده الجديد الذي يقول لكم إن أحكام التوراة ثابتة في حقكم ، لا يمكن أن تتغير ؛ أليس فيها أن المسيح قال : { لا تظنوا أني جئت لأنقض الناموس ، أو الأنبياء ، ما جئت لأنقض ، بل لأكمل ؛ فإني الحقَّ أقول لكم : إلى أن تزول السماء والأرض لا يزول حرف أو نقطة واحدة من الناموس ، حتى يكون الكل } [ متى 5/17-18 ] ومع أننا لا نحتاج مع هذا النص إلى أن نبحث عن حكم آخر للخنزير في العهد الجديد ، فإننا نزيدك هنا نصا آخر قاطعا في نجاسة الخنزير وخبثه : { وكان هناك عند الجبال قطيع كبير من الخنازير يرعى . فطلب إليه كلُّ الشياطين قائلين : أرسلنا إلى الخنازير لندخل فيها . فأذن لهم يسوع للوقت ، فخرجت الأرواح النجسة ، ودخلت في الخنازير } [ إنجيل مرقس 5/11-13 ] وانظر نصوصا أخرى في استقذار الخنازير ، واحتقار من يقوم برعيها [ متى 67 ، رسالة بطرس الرسول الثانية 2/22لوقا 15/11-15 ] فلعلك تقول هذا نسخ ، فقد قال بطرس ، أو قال بولس ؟!! وهكذا يبدل كلام الله ، وتنسخ التوراة ، وينسخ كلام المسيح الذي أكد لكم أنه ثابت ثبوت السماء والأرض ، يبدل كل هذا وينسخ بكلام بولس أو بطرس ؟! فلنفرض أنه صادق ، وأن تحريمه قد نسخ حقيقة ، فما تنكرون أن يكون حراما في الإسلام كما كان عندكم أول مرة ؟! ثالثا : وأما قولك :إذا كان أكله محرما ، فلماذا خلق الله الخنزير إذاً ، فلا نحسبك جادا فيه ، وإلا فإننا نسألك لماذا خلق الله كذا وكذا من الأشياء المؤذية ، أو المستقذرة ، بل نسألك لماذا خلق الله الشيطان ؟! أليس من حق الخالق أن يأمر عباده بما يشاء ، ويحكم فيهم بما يريد ، لا معقب لحكمه سبحانه ، ولا مبدل لكلماته ؟ أليس من واجب المخلوق العابد أن يقول لربه ، كلما أمره بشيء : سمعنا وأطعنا ؟ ( قد يلذ لك مذاقه ، ويستهويك أكله ، ويتمتع به من حولك ، لكن ألا تستحق الجنة منك أن تضحي ببعض ما تشتهيه نفسك ؟ ).

على أننا لو لم نعلم في أكل الخنزير مضرة ولا أذى ، فهذا لا يغير من إيماننا بتحريمه شيئا ، ولا يضعف من تركنا له ، ولتعلم أن آدم عليه السلام إنما أخرج من الجنة لأجل أكلة أكلها من الشجرة التي نهاه الله عنها ، وما علمنا عن تلك الشجرة شيئا ، ولا كان آدم في حاجة إلى أن يبحث في سبب تحريم الأكل منها ، بل كان يكفيه ، كما هو يكفينا ويكفي كل مؤمن ، أن يعلم أن الله حرم هذا


ثالثا : وأما قولك :إذا كان أكله محرما ، فلماذا خلق الله الخنزير إذاً ، فلا نحسبك جادا فيه ، وإلا فإننا نسألك لماذا خلق الله كذا وكذا من الأشياء المؤذية ، أو المستقذرة ، بل نسألك لماذا خلق الله الشيطان ؟! أليس من حق الخالق أن يأمر عباده بما يشاء ، ويحكم فيهم بما يريد ، لا معقب لحكمه سبحانه ، ولا مبدل لكلماته ؟ أليس من واجب المخلوق العابد أن يقول لربه ، كلما أمره بشيء : سمعنا وأطعنا ؟

التحليل والتحريم امر شرعي فالحلال ما أحلَّه الله - جل جلاله - في كتابه، أو جاء حِلُّه على لسان رسوله - صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم - فقد أُوتِي الكتابَ ومثلَه معه،والحرام ما حرَّمَه الله في كتابه، أو على لسان نبيَّه - صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم.
و لامجال للعقل فيه،فالسُّلطان في التحليل والتحريم للوحي من الكتاب والسنة و ليس لغيره،
قال تعالى : ( وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْراً أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالاً مُبِيناً ) الأحزاب/36 , وقال سبحانه : ( إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوْلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ يَقُولُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ ) النور/51 .
قال تعالى ( أمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاء شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ ) [الشورى:( 21 )].
يقول الشاطبي: "... وإلاَّ فلو كان التَّشرِيع من مدركات الخلْق، لم تنزل الشرائع، ولم يبقَ الخلاف بيْن الناس، ولا احتِيج إلى بعْث الرسل - عليهم السلام"[الاعتصام ( 1 / 61 )].
فلا ينبغي احد ان يقول لماذا حرم الله كذا واحل كذا ..
حرَّم الله ذبيحة المُشرِك ، ولو زكَّى المسلم أو الكتابي ذاتَ البَهِيمة التي كان المُشرِك ذبَحَها، لاستَطابَها الشرع وأحلَّها للمتعبِّدين،ولا يمكن لاحد ان يقول لماذا حرم هذه واباح تلك او اولماذا حر الذهب على الرجال وابيح للنساء
او لماذا حرمت الخمر بعد اباحتها .
