البرادعي يدعو أمريكا للتدخل ضد مرسي
أجرت مجلة " فورين بوليسي " الأمريكية حوارًا مع الدكتور محمد البرادعي، بدأته بالتأكيد على أن الوقت الآن بالنسبة للمعارضة المصرية حاسم، إما التحرك أو الموت، فالمعارضة أمامها رئيس معادِ لها، وتهددها مسودة دستور لا تحمي حقوق الإنسان الأساسية بحسب ما يرى المعارضون، كما أنها تواجه خطر التهميش من الحياة السياسية إذا لم تتنافس على صناديق الإقتراع.

وأوضح البرادعي في المقابلة التي أجريت معه في منزله بالقاهرة أن قيادات الإخوان يستخدمون نفس لغة مبارك التي تتحدث عن الإستقرار، البلطجية، وأنهم يستخدمون نفس الأساليب إلا إنهم بلحي، وأضاف أن مسودة الدستور الذي كتبه تقريبًا الإخوان المسلمون ومعهم حلفاؤهم الأكثر تشددًا، السلفيون، تخلط بين حكم القانون والأخلاق.

وأشارت " فورين بوليسي " الأمريكية إلى أن النتائج الأولية غير الرسمية على المرحلة الأولى من الإستفتاء على الدستور تشير إلى أن 56% من الناخبين وافقوا عليه، لكن البرادعي يرفض تلك النتائج ويعتبرها نتيجة «تزوير واسع»، ويزعم أنه لو كان الإستفتاء عادلًا ونزيهًا لسادت الأصوات الرافضة للدستور.

وقال البرادعي إن الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما عليه مسؤولية إدانة هذه الإنتهاكات لتجنب التواطؤ مع النظام الإستبدادي المصري، مضيفًا أن رد الفعل الأمريكي صامت تماما، والمصريون يشعرون بالإحباط الشديد لأنهم يريدون الأمريكيين والجميع أن يدعموا ما يؤمنون به، وهذا ما لا يحدث الآن.

وأضاف البرادعي أن سياسة الولايات المتحدة الآن تجاه مصر تشبه سياستها في عهد مبارك عندما كانت تعطيه الحرية لإنتهاك حقوق الإنسان طالما حافظ على مصالح واشنطن الإقليمية، مؤكدًا أن مرسي أنتخب ديمقراطيا بالفعل لكن هذا لا يعطيه الحق في أن يجعل من نفسه ديكتاتورًا.

وأوضحت " فورين بوليسي " أنه حتى لو فشلت المعارضة في هزيمة الدستور، فقد حققت بعض الزخم السياسي من خلال تحقيق نسبة تصويت ضده بلغت أكثر من 40% في الجولة الأولى، بأغلبية رفض الدستور في العاصمة القاهرة، ويرجع البرادعي هذه المكاسب إلى سوء تصرف مرسي الذي أصدر إعلانًا دستوريًا منحه سلطات كاسحة، قائلا إن الناس يصوتون ضد جماعة تقبض على السلطة ولم تلتفت للقضايا التي تهم أكثر من 90% من الشعب المصري، الطعام والصحة والإسكان.. إنهم لا يرون كل ذلك.

وأضاف أن مسودة الدستور هي القضية المستمرة التي مازال محتواها محل نزاع رغم أنها متاحة للجميع لقراءتها، فالإخوان يرونها أعظم دستور عرفته مصر، ونتاج توافق، بينما تراها المعارضة والجماعات الحقوقية، ومنها منظمة هيومان رايتس ووتش، ذات لغة غامضة ولا تحمي حقوق الإنسان خاصة حقوق المرأة.

وقالت المجلة الأمريكية إن هناك فرصة أخرى في الأفق للبرادعي وحلفائه للإطاحة بهيمنة الإخوان المسلمين، وهي الإنتخابات البرلمانية التي لم يتبقى إلا شهران فقط على إجرائها إذا ما تم تمرير الدستور، والسؤال هو ما إذا كانت المعارضة قادرة على بناء نفسها حتى بدء ذلك التصويت وأن تقوم بما هو أكثر من التمسك بانتصار معنوي.

ويقول البرادعي إن ذلك يمثل تحديًا كبيرًا، معظمه يكمن في الإدارة والبناء وكيفية الوصول إلى الجذور والحصول على تمويل، وعند سؤاله عما إذا كان يعتقد أن المعارضة يمكنها أن تحصل على أغلبية، إستعار البرادعي جملة من حملة أوباما الإنتخابية قائلا «نعم نستطيع».
