"السلفية الجهادية" تدعو لتقسيم مصر إلى "محافظات لله" وأخرى لـ "الشرك"
أعلن محمد الظواهرى زعيم تنظيم السلفية الجهادية، رفضه مشروع الدستور الإخوانى المستفتَى عليه، وقال إن حل الأزمة التى تمر بها البلاد، يتمثل فى إجراء إستفتاء على نطاق المحافظات، بحيث تختار كل محافظة بحريتها بين الشريعة، والدستور، ومن ثم من أراد العيش من المواطنين فى المحافظات التى تطبق بها الشريعة فليذهب إليها، ومن أراد غير ذلك فليهاجر منها إلى المحافظة الأخرى.

وأضاف الظواهرى فى بيان بعنوان «الأضواء الجلية لما فى دستور الحكومة المصرية من أخطاء شرعية»: «مع رفضنا التام لأن تكون السيادة للشعب يقرر ما يريد، فإننا نرى حل هذه المعضلة من خلال إجراء إستفتاء فى المحافظات حول تطبيق الشريعة، وكل محافظة تريد تطبيق الشريعة فلتطبقها، ومن أراد الشريعة فليتجمع فى المحافظات التى تقيم الشريعة».

وتابع الظواهرى: «إننا لا نقبل أن تكون السيادة للشعب، أو الديمقراطية لأنها كفر وشرك بالله، تناقض نظام الحكم الشرعى الذى فيه أنه لا تداول فى السلطة».

واعتبر الظواهرى أن الدستور المستفتَى عليه هو شرك بالله، وتأليه للشعب، ومنحه حق التحليل والتحريم، ووصفه بكفر بواح لا خفاء فيه، مرجعاً ذلك إلى عدم جواز قيام الأحزاب، معتبراً أن نظام الدولة بهذا الدستور شركى لا علاقة له بالإسلام، وأن الديمقراطية تنافى الإسلام بأن جعلت حق التشريع للشعب وليس لله.

وختم الظواهرى بيانه، بأنهم لا يخشون الغرب، ولا يعظّمون قيمه وقوانينه، ولن يقبلوا بالإستفتاء على أحكام الشريعة، ولن يقروا بسيادة الشعب، أو الديمقراطية، أو تداول السلطة ولن يسمحوا بإظهار شعائر أهل الذمة ولا بالمساواة بين المسلمين وغيرهم أو المرأة والرجل.
