أهلا بكم إخواني
و أنا أطالع كمثل العادة جريدة الشروق بين السياسات المتفرقة على كل أنواعها ثم ولجت الى أخبار العباد في البلاد قبل هروبي الى المنتخب الوطني للرياضة.
ماشد إنتباهي هذا الخبر و الذي يمكن أن يكون لأغلبية قرائه أمر عادي ، لكن أمثالي يروه مختلف إختلاف الليل و النهار، و لكي إخواني لا أطيل عليكم

إهتز صبيحة الأحد، القطاع التربوي في ولاية غليزان، على وقع اعتداء جسدي آخر خطير طال أستاذ مادة الفيزياء بثانوية بن عدة بن عودة بعاصمة الولاية، على يد تلميذ في السنة الأولى ثانوي داخل حرم المؤسسة.

حيث وجه له لكمات قوية سببت له جروحا خطيرة على مستوى الفم وعجزا طبيا لمدة 5 أيام، الأستاذ بوناب.بن يمينة، 56 سنة لم يكن يعلم بأن تلميذه سيغدر به وأمام الملأ وداخل حرم الثانوية، وهو الذي أفنى عمره في التدريس وله خبرة 30 سنة في ميدان التعليم ويقارب عمره مرحلة الشيخوخة، حيث فقد احد أسنانه السفلى، حادثة الاعتداء جاءت بعد نقاش بين هذا الأخير وتلميذه بسبب نقطة الاختبار المتحصل عليها، لتحدث بينهما مناوشات وسط ساحة الثانوية ويقع ما لم يكن في الحسبان.

ننتظر منكم المناقشة لهذه الظاهرة التي نراها في مدارسنا

هذا نتيجة للقوانين التي قيدت الأستاذ و أعطت الحرية للتلميذ..ونتيجة لفساد المنظومة التربوية ..فماذا ننتظر بعد هذا؟ ماذا ننتظر من اصلاحات يقوم بها المفسدون؟...
نتائج مضخمة, غياب الأولياء.....فلست أدري ما العمل؟

شخصيا لا ألوم التلميذ لأنه عندما تجد الحرية التي هي بدون قيود فإنها تصبح بدون شك مثل مثال
إن لم تستحي ففعل ماشئت
لا ألوم القانون حتى و إنه هو صاحب المشكل العظيم
و لا ألوم التعليم و مافيه من عيوب نراها و للأسف
لكن اللوم الكبير يرجع الى المدرسة الأولى و هي مدرسة الولدين
إذا كانت القاعدة مجرد كلمة فإن البنيان كله ***

لا يمكن أن تتحمل المدرسة رسالتي التربية و التعليم معا ما لم تقم مدرسة الأبوين من أداء رسالتها

كثيرا من الأباء يجهلون وظيفة البيت الأولى وهي الحفاظ على الإيمان و العبادة و الخلق الشريف و المسلك القويم و التقاليد الراشدة و المثل العليا

بربكم أنجد من يضرب أستاذه إذا أدت الأسرة وظيفتها تلك
وحتى لا نذهب بعيدا
كيف ألوم من يضرب الأستاذ و أنا أسمع عن الذين يضربون ابائهم و أمهاتهم في مجتمعي

الخلل ليس في المنظومة التربوية وقواننها إنما يكمن في المنظومة الأسرية و قواننها

بالنسبة إلي أعتبر نفسي داعية ومربية قبل أن أكون أستاذة وعملت على استثارة كل القيم السامية في ديننا وبعثها من جديد في نفوس طلابنا فكسبت حبهم واحترامهم لأني استشعرت الحرمان الذي يعشعش في داخل كل واحد منهم

وعليه أنبه أن الأستاذ حاد حدو الأسرة وانحرف عن وظيفته التربوية واكتفى بالتعليمية منها فقط

أنا لست من القطاع التربوي
لكن دعني أحلل المشكله كما أراها

المشكله يا سيدي
أن المجتمع أصبح يقوي التلميذ على أستاذه
بأول كلمه يقولها له
القانون يقول لا تضرب التلميذ ولو بورده
وهذا ليس بالمجتمع كخارج قطاع التعليم
لي صديق أستاذ وقال لي
بأول يوم حينما أدخل التلاميذ إلى القسم
جاء المدير بجوله حول الأقسام ليرحب بالتلاميذ
فأول كلمه قالها لهم
أريدكم أن تعلموا أن القانون يمنع أي ضرب لتلميذ ولو بورده
فما كان رد فعل صديقي هذا
إلا أن خرج من القاعه وترك له المكان
ومن يومها لم يرجع لتلك المدرسه

المصيبه أن الكل أصبح يتكلم على القوانين
و كأننا مجتمع مثالي
لم يبقى فيه إلا القوانين لنعرفها
وبالخصوص بهذه القوانين

لم يبقى إحترام لم يبقى وقار وبذالك فقدنا التعليم
أنظر اليوم لجامعات الجزائريه
أصبحت معظمها جامعات تنويريه
أصبح وكأن الطالب يدخل لكي يثقف نفسه ويتحصل على شهاده وخلاص
أصبحت الجامعه و كأنها هاي بارك بأنجلترا
وكأنها مكان لتعارف
و ممارسات تدل على إنحطاط وعدم تخلق ولا أدب

المشاكل كثيره وكثيره جداا بالتعليم
يجب على الدوله مراجعة سياسة التعليم
من الإبتدائي لجامعه

هذا رأيي وأترك لأهل المهنه يجدون لنا حلول لهذه الظاهره

اذ اعتبر الابناء صورة مصغرة عن الوالدين فان احسن الوالدين تربية الابناء و تسييرهم بصورة صحيحة احسن الابناء معاملة كل من حولهم بما فيهم الاساتذة و العكس صحيح رغم كل العوائق التي تدهور اخلاقهم بما فيه المحيط الذي ينتمون اليه
