[أفراح الرّوح]

" كما لو كان"


هي فلسفة إعتمد عليها علم النفس الحديث،
وتقوم على أســاس أن يضع الإنسان في ذهنه
"تصورا"إيجابيا كي يتخلص من الضغوطات والمصاعب التي تعترض طريقه وتؤرّقـــه.فالواحد منا قد يمارس مهنــة مَا..
لكن قلبه "هارب منها" و "محتمة عليه"فتحاول هاته الفلسفة..أن تصوّر له إيجابيات مهنته..
أو مزايا دراسته"إن كان طالبا كاره قرايتو"
فيــأنس لها..ويتقنهــا..ليحبهــا فيما بعد
وهكذا دواليكـ في سائر شؤون الحياة
فكــر"كـــمــآ لو كــآن" عملكـ هذا
أو دراستكـ تلك..مفتاح دخولك للجنة
أجـل فقد صحّ عن الحبيب
"صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم"
أن"العـــمل عبــــآدة"
ومادامت الجــنة تُدْخَل بالعبــادآت..
فهيــآ بنــآ نحب أعمــالنا
ونتعبد بها..لنزدد قربـــا
ولننظر للشق الإيجابي في مشاكلنــا..
ولنتصوّر عناصر الجذب والتنفير فيها..
ثم لنعقد مقــارنة بين الإيجابيات والسلبيات
ونحاول "تعزيز" إيجابياتنا..
كي تطغى على السلبيــآت..
ونَقُمْ بِتَقْزِيم تلك الأخيره..
إلى درجــة التفــآهة..
حينهــا فقط..يمكننا أن
"نــكون كمــآ لو كــــنـــآ"
بالفعــل أعضآء فعّآلين صآلحين للمجتمع
فلنعطِ مثالا عن أبسط المشاكل
التي قد تصيبنـآ في حياتنا اليوميه..
"الأرق" ومعنـاه المتواضع عليه:
قلــة النوم،أوانعدامه أحيانا..
فالشخص حين يتأرق
و"يطير نـــعـــآسو"
يصيبه الضجر،الملل،الصداع الحاد
ويميل للكــآبة،والنرفزة لأتفه الأسباب..
تلكم كانت سلبيات حددناها في ظاهرة الأرق
لكن ماذا لو حددنا الإيجابيات؟؟
قد يتساءل أحد مــآ:
وهل للأرق إيجابيات؟.
فأجيبه:أن نعم..بالتأكيد..
بل لكل ظاهرة في حياتناجانبان..
سلبي وإيجابي.
حين تصاب بالأرق..
وأنت طالب أو موظف..
أو مجرد عامل بسيط..
أو حتى ربــة بيت أرهق كاهلهــآ
المتاعب التي تجنيها يوميــآ..
إشغــل نفسكـ..بمرآجعـة دروسكــ..
ومحاولة تدوين خطط مبتكرة تثمر في عملكـ..
حــآولي إعــآدة إحيـآء شغف حرفة كنت
تمــآرسينهــآ فيما مضى..
أو إختلقي وسائل جديدة وسبل..
تيسر عليكـ تربية أبنــآئك
التربية المثلى..التي تجعلهم"صدقتكـ الجآريــه"
أجــل فلنستثمر في أوقــآتنــآ ومكتسبــآتنآ
مــآدية كــآنت أم معنوية..
مــادآمت أروآحــنآ لم تتغرغر بعد..
ومــآدآم "الرزق " "راجعوآ الكليمة (http://montada.echoroukonline.com/showthread.php?t=214611) لنفعها العميم
في تبيان وجوه الرزق..وأن كــل مانملكه وسنملكه هو رزق قد كتبه الله لنــآ_
قلت مادام الرزق جـآريــآ وعينكـ لم تغمض بعد
فبـــآدر إلى التجديد والإنتفــآع
حــآول أن تدوّن برنــآمجــآ "كمــآ لو كنت صــآحب مشروع مــآ"
تكون بدايته الساعة الأولى التي اعتدت
أن يزوركـ فيها الأرق
ونهايته:
حين تجد نفسكـ قد غفوت على سطح مكتبك!!
بالطبع فكــلــنآ نعلم أن الإنسان إذا شغل نفســه بمجهودٍ مــَآ..
فكــريآ كــآن أم عضليــآ فحتــما إستغرآقه فيه..
سيجــعل ذهنه"أوتوماتيكيا" ينشد الرآحــه والسكــون..
اللذان لن تجنيهمــآ إلاّ إن استغللت الأرق..وحوّلــته إلى منجم فوآئد..دون أن يدري..!!
لأنه إذآ تفطن أنه لم يزدك إلآ قوة وحسن استثــمآر لمجهودآتكـ
فــإنه سوف يبتعد عنك نهــآئيا بإذن الله!!

وهكذآ سنفلح في تحويل سلبياتنا لإيجابيات
ونغيّر من نظرتنـآ لمفهوم"الكينونة"
ولا نتركه مجرد "فعل ماضٍ نـآقص!!"

لكن الصراحة مقدرتش رغم اتبعت عذة نصائح وبدا محنتي في اختيار طريق دراستي رغم محاولات غدة اصحاب لكن كرهتها الله غالب وكنت مهملها الا ان انهم شافوني شغل في مرحلة صعبة شغل حنوا عليا الا اني كملتها بالسيف لاني منحبش لي يهتم بيا بزاف:9: والان راني خدام في نفس المهنة ولكن مقدرتش نكمل في نفس الطريق الله غالب وراني في مرحلة التغير نبدل المهنة اوكل ان شاء الله:11:

وانا نقولك صعيب تبقى في مهنه مكش مرتاح ليها ولا متحبهاش وصعيب توالفها اذا بدل ترتاح:16:

أضيف فقط بعد إذنك أنّ قاعدة :"تصرّف كما لو كنت" التي وضعها عالم نفس لا أذكر اسمه الآن، لا تُعتبر "خداعًا" للعقل ولو بدت كذلك، فهي تُشبه سرقة الشخص لماله من جيبه.
