أنا القاتل و أنا المقتول *** إغلق الملف

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله تعالى و بركاته
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

* قد لا يصدق البعض هذه القصة لكثرة ما فيها من صدف غريبة، كما أن أحداثها تصلح لإثارة أكثر العقول إيمانا بأنها رأت وسمعت ما يكفي وأن ليس هناك ما يثير، غير قصص الخيال العلمي في السينما والتلفزيون. وقد كانت أحداثها الغريبة موضوع خطبة ألقاها رئيس «جمعية علماء التشريح في جرائم القتل» بأميركا، وأثارت دهشة مستمعيه في ذلك الحفل، ويفترض أنهم رأوا الكثير، ليس بسبب صدفها العجيبة فقط، بل ولتعقيداتها القانونية، فهي قصة جريمة قتل غير مسبوقة، ولا يمكن أن تتكرر بسهولة مرة أخرى.

- في 23 مارس 1994 بين تقرير تشريح جثة رونالد أوبوس أنه توفي من طلق ناري في الرأس، بعد أن قفز من سطح بناية مكونة من عشرة طوابق، في محاولة للانتحار، تاركا خلفه رسالة يعرب فيها عن يأسه من حياته ..
وأثناء سقوطه أصابته رصاصة انطلقت من إحدى نوافذ البناية التي قفز منها، ولم يعلم المنتحر أو من أطلق النار عليه وجود شبكة أمان بمستوى الطابق الثامن، وضعها عمال الصيانة، وكان من الممكن أن تفشل خطته في الانتحار.

- من الفحص تبين أن الطلقة التي أصابته انطلقت من الطابق التاسع. وبالكشف على الشقة تبين أن زوجين من كبار السن يقطنانها منذ سنوات، وقد اشتهرا بين الجيران بكثرة الشجار، ووقت وقوع الحادث كان الزوج يهدد زوجته بإطلاق الرصاص عليها إن لم تصمت، وكان في حال هيجان شديد بحيث ضغط من دون وعي على الزناد فانطلقت الرصاصة من المسدس، ولكنها لم تصب الزوجة بل خرجت من النافذة لحظة مرور جسد رونالد أمامها فأصابت في رأسه مقتلا! ..
والقانون ينص على أن «س» مدان بجريمة قتل إن هو قتل «ج» بدلا من «ك» من الناس، وبالتالي فالرجل العجوز هو القاتل، حيث أن شبكة الأمان كان من الممكن أن تنقذ حياة رونالد من محاولته الانتحار!! ..
وعندما وجهت التهمة للرجل بتهمة القتل غير العمد أصر هو وزوجته على أنهما دائما الشجار، وقال الزوج انه اعتاد على تهديد زوجته بالقتل، وكان يعتقد دائما أن المسدس خال من أي قذائف، وأنه كان في ذلك اليوم غاضبا بدرجة كبيرة من زوجته فضغط على الزناد وحدث ما حدث.

- بينت التحقيقات تاليا أن أحد أقرباء الزوجين سبق أن شاهد ابن الجاني، أو القاتل، يقوم قبل أسابيع قليلة بحشو المسدس بالرصاص. وتبين أيضا أن زوجة الجاني سبق أن قامت بقطع المساعدة المالية عن ابنهما، وأن هذا الأخير قام بالتآمر على والديه عن طريق حشو المسدس بالرصاص، وهو عالم بما دأب عليه أبوه من عادة تهديد أمه بالقتل عن طريق ذلك المسدس الفارغ ..
فإن نفذ تهديده مرة واحدة فسيتخلص من أمه وأبيه بضربة، أو رصاصة واحدة. وحيث أن نية الابن كانت القتل فيصبح بالتالي متورطا في الجريمة حتى ولو لم يكن هو الذي ضغط على الزناد، أو استخدم أداة القتل! وهنا تحولت تهمة القتل من الأب إلى الابن لقتله رونالد أوبوس.
ولكن استمرار البحث أظهر مفاجأة أخرى، فالابن المتهم لم يكن غير المنتحر، أو القتيل رونالد اوبوس، فهو الذي وضع الرصاصة في المسدس ليقوم والده بقتل والدته، وعندما تأخر والده في تنفيذ وعيده، وبسبب تدهور أوضاعه المادية قرر الانتحار من سطح البناية لتصادفه الرصاصة التي أطلقها والده من المسدس الذي سبق أن لقمه بالرصاصة القاتلة ..
وبالتالي كان هو القاتل وهو القتيل في الوقت نفسه، بالرغم من انه لم يكن من أطلق الرصاص على نفسه، واعتبرت القضية انتحارا، وعلى هذا الأساس أغلق ملفها.
