اليابان تأمر بسحب قواتها من الجولان
أصدرت الحكومة اليابانية اليوم الجمعة أوامر بسحب جنودها من هضبة الجولان المحتلة، بسبب "الوضع الأمني في المنطقة"، واتخذ القرار خلال إجتماع عقدته الحكومة لبحث الأمن القومي.

وفي الإجتماع ذاته، إلتقى وزير الدفاع ساتوشي موريموتو مع كبار المسؤولين المعنيين، وقرروا سحب قوات الدفاع الذاتي اليابانية (الجيش) من هضبة الجولان "في أقرب وقت".

وأعلنت وزارة الدفاع أنه من المتوقع أن تبدأ القوات اليابانية العودة إلى اليابان إبتداء من الأسبوع المقبل، فيما تنقل الآليات والتجهيزات التي تخصها منتصف جانفي.

وقال وزير الدفاع ساتوشي موريموتو "إن الوضع الأمني في المنطقة جعل من الصعب الإستمرار في القيام بعمليات مهمة"، مشيرا إلى أن المجتمع الدولي أشاد بالمهام التي قام بها اليابانيون في الجولان طوال 17 سنة، ولم يكن يتوقع أن تنتهي هذه المهمة بهذه الطريقة.

وكان يفترض أن تغادر القوات اليابانية الجولان في مارس المقبل. مع العلم بأنها المرة الأولى التي تنهي فيها الحكومة اليابانية مهمة في الخارج لدواع أمنية.

وكانت الأمم المتحدة قالت الشهر الجاري إنها ستعزز الإجراءات الأمنية الخاصة بقوة المراقبة في الجولان، إثر تعرض المنطقة المنزوعة السلاح بالجولان والتي تسير فيها قوة الأمم المتحدة دوريات لأحداث عدة، إذ وصلتها نيران المعارك الدائرة في سوريا، كما دخلها الجيش السوري مرارا.

وأوضح المسؤول عن عمليات حفظ السلام في الأمم المتحدة هيرفيه لادسوس وقتها أن الأمم المتحدة تجري إتصالات مع الدول التي تقدم جنودا لهذه القوة للتشاور في هذه الإجراءات. وتعد هذه القوة نحو ألف عنصر من خمسة بلدان هي النمسا وكرواتيا والهند واليابان والفلبين.

وتعمل الوحدة اليابانية منذ عام 1996 في إطار قوات حفظ سلام في الجولان، وهي تراقب وقف إطلاق النار بين إسرائيل وسوريا. ويبلغ عديد أفراد هذه الوحدة 50، وهم يعملون على نقل الإمدادات يومياً ويقدمون دعماً لوجستياً.

واحتلت إسرائيل هضبة الجولان السورية في 1967 وضمتها في 1981، في قرار لم يعترف به المجتمع الدولي على الإطلاق. وشكل مجلس الأمن الدولي قوة مراقبة فك الإشتباك في 1974 للعمل على إحترام وقف إطلاق النار بين إسرائيل وسوريا.

وجاء قرار اليابان بسحب جنودها من الجولان المحتل بعد أيام من فوز زعيم الحزب الديمقراطي الليبرالي (المعارض) شنزو آبي بالأغلبية في الإنتخابات التشريعية. وكان قد صرح قبل الإنتخابات بأنه سيطلب زيادة القدرات والمهام العسكرية للجيش الياباني الذي يطلق عليه قوات الدفاع الذاتي.
