تهريب ‬هولاند من قصر المؤتمرات لتجنيبه سماع المقطع الثالث من النشيد الوطني ‬الذي ‬يحمل عتابا لفرنسا!!!!!!!
أشرف عبد القادر بن صالح، ‬صبيحة الخميس الماضي، ‬على فضيحة من العيار الثقيل، ‬قام خلالها بتعليق جلسة البرلمان في ‬دورته الإستثنائية، ‬بغرض خروج الرئيس الفرنسي ‬فرانسوا هولاند، ‬عقب إلقاء خطابه، ‬قبل العودة وإستكمال مراسيم إختتام الدورة التي ‬تتضمّن النشيد الوطني ‬وآيات من القرآن الكريم، ‬وذلك لتجنيبه سماع المقطع الثالث من النشيد الوطني ‬الذي ‬يحمل عتابا لفرنسا، ‬والذي ‬طالما كان محلّ ‬إنتقاد وسخط حكام باريس.‬وقام، ‬عبد القادر بن صالح، ‬بصفته رئيس الدورة الإستثنائية المشتركة بين ‬غرفتي ‬البرلمان العليا والسفلى، ‬بتعليق الجلسة الثانية من الدورة بعد إنتهاء الرئيس الفرنسي ‬من إلقاء خطابه، ‬ليقوم بمرافقته إلى خارج البرلمان، ‬والعودة مجدّدا من أجل إعادة فتح الجلسة بغرض الإعلان الرسمي ‬عن إختتام الدورة، ‬الأمر الذي ‬يمكن القيام به في ‬حضور هولاند؛ بناءً ‬على الأعراف والتقاليد التي ‬يتم العمل بها.‬وتم تأجيل إختتام الدورة إلى حين مغادرة الرئيس الفرنسي، ‬على الرغم من أن مراسيم الإختتام الرسمي ‬لم تستغرق سوى دقائق فقط، ‬وكان في ‬الإمكان الإنتظار وحضورها إحتراما للهيئة، ‬إلا أن متتبعين أكدوا أن الأمر ‬يتعلّق بالمقطع الثالث من النشيد الوطني ‬الذي ‬يحمل عتابا شديد اللهجة لفرنسا الإستعمارية، ‬وهو الذي ‬حدثت بشأنه ضجّة كبيرة من قبل الفرنسيين؛ حين طالبوا بضرورة إستبعاده. ‬ويتحدّث المقطع الثالث من النشيد الوطني ‬على ضرورة النهوض في ‬وجه فرنسا، ‬بعد سنوات الإستعمار، ‬وذلك في ‬عبارة "‬يا فرنسا قد مضى وقت العتاب، ‬وطويناه كما ‬يطوى الكتاب، ‬يا فرنسا إن ذا ‬يوم الحساب، ‬فاستعدي ‬وخذي ‬منا الجواب"‬، ‬هذا إلى جانب المقاطع الأخرى التي ‬يصوّر بعض أبياتها همجية الإستعمار الفرنسي ‬والتضحيات التي ‬بذلها الشعب الجزائري ‬في ‬سبيل نيل حريته.‬
