لا دليل على اتهام حزب الله بقتل إسرائيليين في بلغاريا
رفضت المعارضة البلغارية إتهام الحكومة لحزب الله اللبناني بالمسؤولية عن هجوم أسفر عن مقتل سياح إسرائيليين في جويلية 2012.
واعتبرت المعارضة أمس الأربعاء أن النتيجة التي خلصت إليها الحكومة غير مبررة وخطيرة.
وتحدثت المعارضة عن ضغوط إسرائيلية وأمريكية على بلغاريا.
لكن وزير الخارجية البلغاري نيكولاي ملادينوف أكد أن التحقيقات كانت مستقلة.
وكان الهجوم الذي وقع في مدينة بورغاس الساحلية قد أثار توترات في بلغاريا التي يمثل المسلمون 15 في المئة من سكانها البالغ عددهم 7.3 مليون نسمة.
وقال رئيس الحكومة البلغارية الاسبق ورئيس الحزب الاشتراكي المعارض سرغي ستانيشيف إن "الاتهامات التي وجهت إلى حزب الله لم تكن تستند على أدلة دامغة".
"إذا لم يكن لدى بلغاريا الحجج الكافية أن تتبع الهجوم قاد إلى الجناح العسكري لحزب الله، ما كنا لنعلن ذلك"
وأضاف أن الحكومة البلغارية كانت قد أكدت أنها ستعلن نتائج التحقيق عند تمكنها من تقديم أدلة نهائية ، غير أنها" دون سابق إنذار وبعد إجتماع مجلس الأمن القومي (البلغاري) ودون إعلام البرلمان، أعلنت نتائج تحقيق تستند إلى أدلة ظرفية".
وأشار إلى أنه ليس حزبه فقط بل أحزاب أخري بما فيها الليبراليون الإشتراكيون قالوا أن موقف الحكومة كان متسرعا وغير قانونيا.
وعبر ستانيشيف عن خشيته من أن يؤثر أسلوب تعامل حكومته مع القضية على علاقات بلغاريا مع العالم العربي.
و شدد على أن "من مصلحة بلغاريا إستكمال التحقيق حتى النهاية و الخروج بنتائج نهائية وموضوعية".
غير أن وزير الخارجية البلغاري قال "إذا لم يكن لدى بلغاريا الحجج الكافية لتعلن أن تتبع الهجوم قاد إلى الجناح العسكري لحزب الله، ما كنا لنعلن ذلك".

وربما تمهد التهم التي وجهتها بلغاريا إلى حزب الله لتصنيف الإتحاد الأوروبي حزب الله، المدعوم من إيران، كمنظمة إرهابية.

وانضم حزب "هجوم" القومي والحزب التركي إلى الحزب الإشتراكي في إنتقاداته للحكومة، وقالا إن الإتهام الموجه إلى حزب الله متسرع وجاء قبل إنتهاء التحقيقات.
وقال الحزبان إن الحكومة لم تنجح في تقديم تحليل شامل لعيوب منظومة الأمن القومي، وستظل بلغاريا معرضة للمخاطر.
وكانت إسرائيل قد إتهمت حزب الله وإيران بالمسؤولية عن الهجوم الذي قتل خمسة سياح إسرائيليين وسائق بلغاري.
ونفت إيران مسؤوليتها عن الحادث، واتهم مبعوثها لدى الأمم المتحدة إسرائيل بالتخطيط لتفجير الحافلة وتنفيذه.
ولم يرد حزب الله على التهم التي وجهت إليه.
وساعدت شرطة الإتحاد الأوروبي "يوروبول" في التحقيق، ودعمت النتائج الذي خلصت إليها الحكومة في بلغاريا.
وقالت إن الإفتراضات السابقة بأن التفجير نجم عن تفجير إنتحاري كانت خاطئة، وأظهرت التحقيقات أن أداة التفجير أشعلت باستخدام جهاز تحكم عن بعد.
ولفتت مسؤولة السياسة الخارجية بالإتحاد الأوروبي كاثرين أشتون إلى أن الدول الأعضاء "يناقشون حاليا الرد المناسب".
