تجريد وزيرة التعليم الألمانية من الدكتوراه

ذكرت وكالة رويترز للأنباء أن مجلس إدارة جامعة المانية أجرى اقتراعا لتجريد وزيرة التعليم انيتا شافان من درجة الدكتوراه مما يضر بفرص المستشارة انجيلا ميركل الزعيمة المحافظة في إعادة انتخابها خلال العام الجاري. وجاء نتيجة اقتراع لجنة الدكتوراه في جامعة دوسلدورف موافقة 12 عضوا مقابل رفض عضوين وامتناع عضو عن التصويت على إلغاء رسالة الدكتوراه للوزيرة والتي تعود لعام 1980 وقالت الجامعة إنها نقلت أجزاء في رسالتها من أعمال أخرى.وقال برونو بلكمان رئيس كلية الفلسفة التي تنتمي لها "قامت طالبة الدكتوراه بشكل ممنهج ومتعمد بتصوير إنجازات فكرية وأفكار في كل رسالتها لم تكن في واقع الأمر هي مصدرها."

وذكرت مجلة دير شبيجل أنها لاحقتها مزاعم بالسرقة الأدبية منذ مايو ايار وطلبت من الجامعة أن تنظر في هذه المزاعم. ووجد تقرير من كلية الفلسفة التي تنتمي لها أن مؤشرات "السرقة الأدبية" موجودة في 60 من بين 351 صفحة.

ونفت شافان وهي من أقرب حلفاء ميركل في الائتلاف المنتمي إلى يمين الوسط ارتكاب أي مخالفات وقالت إنها كتبت رسالتها بضمير حي. وتقول وسائل إعلام المانية إن محامي شافان قالوا إنهم سيستأنفون الحكم. ومن الممكن أن يمثل التحقيق إحراجا لميركل قبل الانتخابات الاتحادية في سبتمبر أيلول حيث ستحاول الزعيمة الألمانية الفوز بفترة ثالثة.وهذه الاتهامات مماثلة لاتهامات وجهت عام 2011 لوزير الدفاع كارل تيودور تسو جوتنبرج لكنها ربما تسبب ضررا أكبر للحكومة قبل ثمانية أشهر فقط من الانتخابات.

وبما أن شافان هي وزيرة التعليم فإن القضية تمثل تهديدا مباشرا لمصداقيتها وطالبها زعماء المعارضة بالاستقالة. وتقول ميركل إن شافان تحظى بثقتها.وكانت شافان بين أول من أدان جوتنبرج لنقله رسالة الدكتوراه ووصفت الواقعة بأنها "مخزية". وتحمل رسالة شافان عنوان "الشعوب والضمير- دراسات في ظروف وضرورة ومتطلبات تكوين الضمير اليوم
