عندما يسرقك البريد ....

السلام عليكم
بتاريخ 20 نوفمبر 2012 حاولت إرسال رسالة للأخ علي قوادري بالبريد المضمون( بالضمان الجزائري كالعادة) و قمت بدفع مستحقات البريد ...
إعتقدت أن الرسالة ستصل و كانت عبارة عن كتيب.
بعد أكثر من شهرين بتاريخ 06 فيفري 2013 تعود الرسالة رغم تأكيد الأخ علي صحة العنوان.
ماذا لو كانت الرسالة تحمل وثائق مهمة أو ملف طبي؟
و لاحظوا السرعة الفائقة في نقل الرسالة و الوقت الكافي لإرسال رجل فضاء الى القمرو رجوعه مرات لا يكفي بريد الجزائر لنقل رسالة من بسكرة الى الجلفة.
شكرا للبريد و المقاطعات-عفوا- و المواصلات على هذه الخدمة الراقية.
و شكرا لها على أخذ مبلغ 80 دج مقابل هذه الخدمة الراقية.

يبدو العنوان ناقص
لا اسم حي... لا اسم شارع...
هنا في الجزائر ابعث رسالة عادية افضل لأن المضمونة تأخذ اجراءات كثيرة و يكون
مصيرها العودة الى المرسل
عندنا في غارداية الامانة موجودة نعاني فقط حين يذهب موزع البريد ـ الخاص بحييّنا ـ في عطلة لا يستخلفوه فنضطر الى رحلة بحث مضنية عن رسائلنا

العنوان صحيح وكثيرا ما ارسل لي أصدقاء كتب على نفس العنوان مع فارق الزمن فمثلا ارسل لي صديق من تلمسان ديوانه الشعري فكانت رحلته تقريبا 4 أشهر بينما ارسل لي صديق من المغرب ديوانه امتدت الرحلة شهر و15 يوما
وللله في خلقه شؤون

لماذا لا تربي حماما زاجلا لتبعث معه رسائلك فهو أضمن وأسرع من البريد الجزائري

الحقيقة منذ زمن لم ارسل رسالة

عن طريق البريد لكن في زمن مضى

و انقضى و لم يبقى منه إلا الذكرى

كانت تصلني رسائل من السعودية

و اليمن لان العنوان دائما هو مقر عملي

و بالمثل لما كنت ارسل الرسائل بالبريد

المضمون كانت تصل في ظرف اسبوع

هذه حقيقة عايشتها ،،، هل خدمة البريد

لو أرسلتها بواسطة الحمام الزاجل ..لوصلت لصاحبها ..الوسائل البدائية قد تنفع أحيانا خاصة عندما يصبح المضمون اسما فقط ....هاذا كامل وزيد يديروا اضراب مالفوق ..:2:

عندما قرأت العنوان الموجود فوق تلك الرسالة
اظن رمز البريد خاطئ لأن الرمز يبدأ برقم الولاية
ان كانت الولاية 07 فهي بسكرة وليس الجلفة
وإذا كانت 71 فاننا تجاوزنا إمريكا في عدد الولايات
هذا فقط للتنبيه

اما بخصوص البريد لا حول ولاقوة الا بالله
كل ماقلته عندك الحق فيه
واحيانا يصل ما أرسلته في البريد مغاير تماما لما ارسل
عندي صديق ارسل لباس شتوي لأهله وصلت العلبة نفسها التي ارسلها
وبنفس الغلق التي غلقها المرسل
لكن بالداخل وجد خمارات إذا كنا في مدينة الألعاب السحرية لا أظنه كان يحدث هذا

وهذا منعرج خطير تمر به مصالح البريد على مستوى ارسال البريد والحسابات
فتحتاج هذه الأخيرة إلى إعادة النظر
