اطباء بلا حدود: نازحو الروهينجيا يعانون وضعا انسانيا حرجا

اكدت منظمة اطباء بلا حدود الخميس ان عشرات الآلاف من النازحين الروهينجيا يعانون من نقص الرعاية وبينهم عدد كبير من الاطفال الذي يعانون من نقص التغذية، مشددة على "الوضع الانساني الطارىء" لهؤلاء الفارين من اعمال العنف في غرب بورما.

ونزح اكثر من 115 الف شخص معظمهم من اقلية الروهينجيا المسلمة بعد موجتين من اعمال العنف بين البوذيين من اتنية الراخين والمسلمين.

وقد اسفرتا عن سقوط اكثر من 180 قتيلا في ولاية راخين العام الماضي.

وقالت المنظمة في بيان ان عشرات الالاف "لا يحصلون على الرعاية الطبية التي يحتاجون اليها بشكل عاجل" ولا مياه الشرب والخدمات الاساسية.

وصرح المدير العام لفرع المنظمة في هولندا الذي يقوم بالعمليات في بورما اريان هيهنكامب ان "اطباء بلا حدود رصدت الاحتياجات الطبية الاشد الحاحا بين الذين يقيمون في مزارع للارز او اراض اخرى".

واضاف ان "غياب الامن والتهديدات والترهيب من قبل مجموعة من اتنية الراخين، صغيرة لكن صوتها مسموع، اثرت الى حد كبير على قدرتنا على تسليم المواد الطبية".

ويتهم الراخين الامم المتحدة ومنظمات العمل الانساني بانهم يقصرون اهتمامهم على الروهينجيان وهو ما تم رفضه.

من جهة اخرى، قال متحدث باسم الجيش التايلاندي ان حوالى ستة آلاف لاجىء من الروهينجيا دخلوا المياه الاقليمية التايلاندية بزوارق منذ تشرين الاول/اكتوبر.

وذكرت القيادة الداخلية للعمليات الامنية المكلفة الامن الداخلي في الجيش انه من اصل 5899 من الروهينجيا الذين دخلوا اراضي تايلاند، وضع 1752 في مراكز احتجاز وامن ومنشآت اخرى.

وتابع الناطق باسم هذه الادارة ديثابون ساساميت ان آخرين اعيدوا مع زوارقهم، بدون ان يذكر رقما محددا.

وكانت تايلاند اعلنت انها توافق على بقاء الروهينجيا على اراضيها ستة اشهر بانتظار ان يستقروا في بلد آخر.

لكنها اكدت بعد ذلك انها لا تستطيع استقبال مزيد من هؤلاء اللاجئين وابعدت سفينة واحدة على الاقل تقل اكثر من مئتين منهم بدون ان تقدم لهم الماء والغذاء.
