حرّض الداعية السلفي "محمود شعبان" على قتل كل من يريد الوصول إلى الكرسي عن طريق "إشعال الوطن"، ومنهم "جبهة الإنقاذ الوطني"، مستدلا لذلك بما رواه الإمام مسلم من حديث طويل لعبد الله بن عمر، جاء فيه عن النّبي صلى الله عليه وآله و سلم: »من بايع إماما فأعطاه صفقة يده وثمرة قلبه فليطعه إن استطاع، فإن جاء آخر ينازعه فاضربوا عنق الآخر«، وأنّ الأمام النووي فسّر الحديث بطاعة الإمام ومدافعة الثّاني، فإن لم يكن ذلك إلا بحرب وقتال فقاتلوه، فإن دعت الحاجة إلى قتله جاز قتله ـ يكمل المتحدّث نقلا عن النووي ـ "ولا ضمان فيه لأنّه ظالم متعدٍ في قتاله".



محمود شعبان لم يكتف بالإشارة إلى جبهة الإنقاذ، ليذكر على التعيين اثنين منها هما البرادعي وحمدين صبّاحي، اللذين تكرر على لسانهم كثيرا عبارة "إسقاط الدكتور مرسي والسعي إلى إنتخابات رئاسية"، وأنّهم "ما رفضوا الدستور إلا لأنّه ينص على إعادة الإنتخابات الرئاسية، " وهو ما شهدوا به على الهواء مباشرة.

هذه الفتوى جاءت أثناء بث مباشر لقناة الحافظ الإسلامية لإحدى الحصص التفاعلية، ويظهر أنّها لم تلق ترحيبا من باقي الحضور الذين قاطعوه أكثر من مرّة. كما تهجّم على حزب النّور السلفي، واصفا توافقه معهم على أنّه كان "قبلة حياة" لهم، بعد أن ماتوا في قلوب النّاس بزعمه، ووضحوا على أنّهم مخربون لا يبحثون عن مصلحة الوطن ولكن يبحثون عن الكرسي.

وليست هذه الحادثة الأولى من نوعها في ظل الاستقطاب الحاد والمتزايد في مصر بين الموالين للنظام والمعارضين له، ففي وقت سابق ظهرت المذيعة هالة فهمي على الهواء مباشرة تحمل الكفن ضد الدكتور مرسي.
