الكل يجمع ان الإفراط في السرعة هو السبب الاول في ارتفاع ضحايا حوادث المرور لكن الفلاسفة عندنا يتفنون في ذكر الأسباب الأخرى من حالة الطرقات غلى عدم احترام اشارات المرورو لكن برأئي ثاني سبب بلا منازع ان لم يكن الاول هو نوعية السيارات التي تستورد للبلد ..ففضلات انواع السيارات تجلب لنا من دون اي امان او اي مراقبة لأن مافيا استيراد السيارات قوية و تتحكم في كثير من الامور و على رأسها الإشهار

سبب آخر هو قطع الغيار المستوردة والتي تكون أحيانا غير أصلية مما يتسبب في حوادث مميتة

حوادث المرور تسجل ارتفاعا ب30.14 بالمائة حسب احصائيات الدرك الوطني
سجلت مصالح الأمن زيادة ب16.70 بالمائة في عدد القلي

أحصت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني 15868 حادث مرور و18432 جريح و650 قتيل خلال العشرة أشهر الأولى من السنة الجارية، حسب ما أعلن عنه رابح زواوي ملازم أول مكلف بالإعلام بالمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني خلال المنتدى الذي انعقد أمس بيومية المجاهدو وأكد من جهته أن حوادث المرور سجلت ارتفاعا هذه السنة مقارنة بالحصيلة المسجلة في نفس الفترة من السنة الماضية، حيث ارتفع عدد الحوادث إلى 17.98 بالمائة وعدد الجرحى إلى 19.73 بالمائة، أما بالنسبة للقتلى فقد ارتفع عددهم بنسبة 16.70 بالمائة، وأضاف ذات المتحدث أن المتسبب الرئيسي في حوادث المرور هم السائقون حيث يتسببون في 15051 حادث بينما تم تسجيل 414 بسبب طبيعة الطرقات; في حين سجل 403 حادث سببه المركبات، وأضاف ذات المتحدث أن مصالح الأمن أحصت خلال نفس الفترة 288756 مخالفة بدرجاتها الأربع وسحب 288756 لمدة ثلاثة أشهر و16920لمدة ستة أشهر، في حين سجلت وحدات الدرك الوطني 21520 حادث حصد 3286 قتيل أي بزيادة 30.14 بالمئة و38903 جريح بزيادة قدرت ب33.88 بالمائة على المستوى الوطني، أما بالنسبة لحوادث سائقي الوزن الثقيل فقد ارتفع إلى 5837 حادث أي ما يعادل 27.12 بالمائة وأسفر عن سقوط 14027 ضحية، أي ما يعادل 40.57 بالمائة من المجموع الكلي للقتلى و12694 جريح أي ما يعادل 32.63 بالمائة من المجموع الكلي للجرحى، هذا وقد دعا رابح زواوي إلى ضرورة الوقاية من حوادث المرور لكون الآفة تتسبب في وفاة العديد من الأشخاص يوميا، وعلى كل فرد احترام قانون المرور واحترام الراجلين وكذا العمل على تغيير الأمور، وهذا يعني قبول إعادة النظر في الوضع الراهن واتباع ميثاق السائق المثالي، وهو ما يمثل الخطوة الأولى في طريق عودة الوعي الاجتماعي، وحتى تكون هذه العملية فعالة يجب أن تكون مرفقة بتغيير التصرفات على الطريق، كما أكد أيضا على ضرورة البحث عن الكيفية المثلى لتجاوز الهفوات التي يمكن الوقوع فيها، وبالرغم من الجهود المبذولة غير أن الظاهرة لا زالت متواصلة وللتصدي لها يجب القيام بحملات تحسيسية لمستعملي الطريق، خاصة عدم الإفراط في السرعة والتجاوز الخطير واحترام السرعة المرورية

أوافقك تماما لكن كما لا يخفاك السيارات الجيدة الألمانية أو اليابانية مثلا تدرك أن سعرها يفوق الطبقة المتوسطة فضلا على صيانتها ،
وكان يروي لي صديقي الطبيب بأحد مستشفيا ت فرنسا وعندما كان في تربص أن أحد الأطباء الفرنسيين وفي حادث مروري علق قائلا للأسف مثل هذه الحوادث المميتة لا نجدها في السيارات الألمانية لكن فقط في سياراتنا (يقصد السيارات الفرنسية) .
فما تراه يقول الطبيب عن السيارات الصينية والكورية !؟

بالمقابل يمكن تمشية الوضع بسيارات رديئة شريطة التحلي بثقافة القيادة الواعية والمسؤولة + تسوية بعض الطرقات الخطيرة.
