) من حق كل طفل يعيش في بريطانيا أن ينمو ويكبر وهو معافى ومتمتعا بالصحة)


كطفل أعيش في بريطانيا لي الحق في:


أن اسجل اسمي مع أحد الأطباء وأختار الطبيب الذي أرتاح له إذا كان عمري 16 أو أكثر ويمكن أيضا أن أتحدث مع طبيبي على انفراد إذا شئت.

أن يحافظ الطبيب أو الممرضة على خصوصية وضعي الصحي ولا يوصلون أية معلومة لأي شخص دون موافقتي ( إلا إذا كان من المهم اخبار شخص آخر) وان فعلوا ذلك لي الحق أن أعرف من هو هذا الشخص ولماذا يوصلون له هذه المعلومات.

من حقي أن أسأل وأيضا اقدم شكوى وأبدي الإعتراض إذا وجدت ان الأمور لا تسير بشكل طبيعي أو إذا كنت غير راض عن الخدمة الصحية التي تقدم لي ويمكن أن أحدث إهلي بالأمر كي يتخذوا الخطوات اللازمة في تقديم الشكوى أو الإعتراض.

حقوقي في المستشفى

أن ارقد في المستشفى متى احتجت لذلك

أتوقع من كل العاملين في المسشفى أن يعاملونني بأدب وإحترام

أن تكون المستشفى مكانا أمينا بالنسبة لي

أنام في جناح الأطفال والأولاد صغار السن.

لي الحق في زيارة الجناح الذي سأنام فيه لمعاينته قبل أن أدخل المستشفى.

أن يكون الخيار متاحا لي ( إذا كان عمري كبيرا) في النوم في جناح الأولاد أو جناح الكبار إذا كنت إفضل ذلك , وأن أعاين الجناحين قبل أن أقرر.

أن تحترم المستشفى خصوصيتي وتصون كرامتي وبالمقابل علي أن أحترم خصوصية الآخرين وأصون كرامتهم.

لي الحق في اختيار الغذاء الصحي الذي يناسب ذوقي في الأكل.

أن يخصصوا لي ممرضة أعرف اسمها جيدا , تقوم برعايتي وتخبرني عن كل ما أريد معرفته عن مرضي وعلاجي.

أن لا يتركونني أعاني من الآلآم الشديدة.

أن أكون قادرا على الاختلاء بنفسي في مكان هادئ في المستشفى حين أحتاج ذلك.
لي الحق في التواصل مع مدرستي وأداء واجباتي المدرسية أثناء رقودي في المستشفى.

لي الحق في الاختلاط والتحدث مع بقية الأولاد في الجناح الذي أقيم فيه.

كل الأطفال في بريطانيا لهم الحق في الإتصال بالرقم المجاني 08001111 للتحدث عن أية مشكلة تواجههم في أي وقت من النهار والليل.
