وسائل تربية الإنسان الصالح عند حسن البنا -رحمه الله-:
حدَّد الإمام البنا وسائل لتربية الإنسان الصالح، ومحاضن يستطيع هذا الإنسان من خلالها تنمية قدراته المختلفة، ومن هذه الوسائل:
1- الأسرة: يقول الإمام البنا عن الأسرة:"يحرص الإسلام على تكوين أُسر من أهله يوجِّههم إلى المُثل العليا، ويقوِّي روابطهم، ويرفع أُخوَّتهم من مستوى الكلام والنظريات إلى مستوى الأفعال والعمليات، فاحرص يا أخي أن تكون لَبنة صالحة في هذا البناء (الإسلام)".

وفى تحديدٍ أكثرَ توضيحًا يتحدَّث الإمام "البنا" - عليه رحمة الله - عن نظام الأُسر، فيقول: "هذا النظام أيها الإخوان نافع لنا، ومفيد كل الفائدة للدعوة بحول الله وقوَّته، فهو سيحصر الإخوان الخُلصاء، وسيجعل من السهل الاتصال بهم، وتوجيههم إلى المُثل العليا للدعوة، وسيقوِّي رابطتهم، ويرفع أُخوَّتهم من مستوى الكلام والنظريات إلى مستوى الأفعال والعمليات، كما حدث فعلاً في بعض الأُسر التي أُصيب فيها بعض أعضائها، وسينتج بعد قليل رأس مال للإخوان من لا شيء، فاحرصوا أيها الإخوان على أن ينجح هذا النظام في محيطكم، والله يتولاَّكم"، ثم يقول بعد تحديد واجبات نظام الأُسر: "فإذا أدَّيتم هذه الواجبات الفردية والاجتماعية والمالية، فإن أركان هذا النظام ستُحقَّق بلا شك، وإذا قصَّرتم فيها، فسيتضاءل حتى يموت، وفى موته أكبرُ خسارة لهذه الدعوة، وهي اليوم أمل الإسلام والمسلمين".

2- الكتيبة:
تستهدف الكتيبة كوسيلة من وسائل التربية، أن تُحدِثَ تكاملاً في بناء الشخصية الإسلامية للفرد، بطبْعه بطابع التقرُّب إلى الله بطاعته، وبطابع الجهاد الذي يبدأ بجهاد النفس والهوى والدعة والراحة؛ ليؤهِّله هذا وذاك لحمْل أعباء الدعوة إلى الله، والعمل للإسلام في ظل ظروف سياسية واقتصادية، وثقافية واجتماعية، ضاغطة على الإسلام تريد إخماده، ومعادية له تُريد القضاء عليه وعلى المتمسكين به، ومواجهة هذه الضغوط وتلك التيارات تحتاج إلى مؤمنين صادقين، يستأهلون أن ينزل عليهم نصر الله؛ قال تعالى: ﴿ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾ [الروم: 47].

3- الرحلة:
هي وسيلة تربوية كذلك متمِّمة للوسائل التي اتَّخذها الإمام البنا في تربية الأفراد، ولكنها كالكتيبة تغلب عليها التربية الجماعية، وفيها يُتاح للمشاركين حرية في الحركة والتريُّض، والتدريب والصبر على بذْل الجهد، وتحمُّل الجوع والعطش، بمقدار لا تَسمح به ظروف لقاء الأسرة، ولا ظروف لقاء الكتيبة، وإذا كانت الأسرة والكتيبة يُعنى فيهما بإنضاج الجوانب الروحية والعقلية، والنفسية والاجتماعية، بأكثر مما يُعنى بالجانب البدني الجسدي في الفرد أو المجموعة، فإن الرحلة هي التي يُعنى فيها بهذا الجانب البدني الجسدي أكثر من غيرها من وسائل التربية الإخوانية.

4- المخيم أو المعسكر:
تتَّسع أهداف المعسكر "المخيم" عن أهداف الأسرة والكتيبة والرحلة، ونستطيع أن نُجمل هذه الأهداف في أصول ثلاثة، يتفرَّع عن كلِّ أصلٍ منها فروع.

هذه الأصول الثلاثة هي: التجميع، والتربية، والتدريب.

5- الدورة:
وتَعني: جمْع عددٍ غير قليل من الإخوان في مكان خاص؛ لتلقِّي أنواع من المحاضرات والمدارسات، والبحوث والتدريبات، حول موضوع معيَّن من الموضوعات التي يهتمُّ بها العمل الإسلامي.

وهي من وسائل التربية التي استعان بها الإمام البنا، بقصْد تكثيف بعض المعلومات أو التدريبات، التي يكون الإخوان - أفرادًا أو قيادات - بحاجة إليها لصالح العمل الإسلامي، أو لصالح الدعوة والجماعة.

6- الندوة:
هي: اجتماع يتكون من عدد محدود من الخُبراء والمختصين؛ للإسهام في دراسة موضوع أو مشكلة؛ بحيث يعطي كلُّ واحد منهم رأيه، داعمًا إياه بما يستطيع من أدلة وبراهين.

وقد عرَفت جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الندوات بهذا المعنى الحديث المعاصر، ومارَستها سنوات طويلة في الشُّعَب والمناطق، وفي بعض الأحيان في المركز العام، وكانت الجماعة تستضيف لهذه الندوات العلماء والخُبراء والمتخصِّصين؛ ليدرسوا قضيَّة بعينها.

7- المؤتمر:
يصف الإمام البنا المؤتمر بقوله: هو يضم عددًا كبيرًا من المشتركين، قد يصل إلى مئات، والاشتراك فيه مُباح لجميع المنظمات والأفراد المختصين، ويُعقد لمدة محدَّدة؛ لتبادُل الرأي في الموضوعات المعروضة عليه، وإصدار توصيات تُنشر على نطاق واسعٍ.

هذه هي وسائل التربية عند الإمام البنا، والتي يتَّضح من خلالها اهتمام البنا بتكوين الإنسان الصالح في جميع جوانبه، ومن خلال كل المواقف التي تؤثِّر فيه ويتأثَّر بها.
