كيف تحضر " الحلوة نتاع الدقيق " ؟



يا جماعة الخير واحدة منكم تتكرم و ترد على الأخ عز الدين للأسف أنا ما نعرفش هدا الحلوة و لم أفهم ما يقصد بحلوة الدقيق

يا جماعة الخير واحدة منكم تتكرم و ترد على الأخ عز الدين للأسف أنا ما نعرفش هدا الحلوة و لم أفهم ما يقصد بحلوة الدقيق

المقادير

3 بيضات حجم كبير أو 4 وسط
كوب و نص سميد ناعم
كوب ونص نواد كوكو
كوب ياوورت فاني او طبيعي دون نكهة
نصف كوب سكر
كوب زيت
ملعقه صغيره فاني
برش ليمون
ملعقه كبيره خميرة حلوى
كوب سيرو محضر من كوب سكر و كوب ماء و عصرة ليمون
كوب من جوز الهند للزينة

طريقة الإعداد

نخلط السكر و الزيت مع بعض
ثم نضيف البيض الواحدة تلوى الأخرى مع الخفق المستمر و الفاني
ثم في وعاء جانبي نمزج السميد مع النواد كوكو و خميرة الحلوى و برش الليمون
ثم نضيفهم إلي خليط البيض تدريجيا و بالتبادل مع الياوورت
و نخلط جيدا حتى تندمج كل المكونات مع بعضها البعض ثم نسكب المزيج في قالب كيك مدهون بزبدة و مرشوش بالسميد أو النواد كوكو ثم ندخل الحلوى إلى الفرن على درجة حرارة 200 درجة مؤوية و نتركها تنضج و ما نحلوش عليها الفرن قبل مضي نصف ساعة من الطهي و عند نضوجها نتركها تبرد كليا ثم نسقيها بالسيرو الساخن و تقدم
