أهي [ لفتة ] أم [فلتة] .؟

فوجئت بمراسلة خاصة من إدارة المنتدى تنبئني بالحصول على وسام تكريم ضمن الذين وشحوا به .... وهي لفتة جديرة بالتقدير ، وأول الشكر يُوجه للذين فكروا وكرموا وشجعوا من القيمين على المنتدى الأزرق بإدارييها وفنييها و الخبراء التقنيين فيها ، فهنيئا لكل من وُشح بهذا الوسام الذي سيكون بإذن الله عاملا مشجعا لقفزات أُُخر ، في عالم الأداء والإبداع ، لزيادة تألقات المنتدى ضمن سباقات المتسابقين في دنيا عالم الإفتراض .

في حقيقتي لم أكن أتوقع هذا التكريم لأسباب :
°°أوله أنني بفكر غير متجانس مع كثير من رواد المنتدى .
°° ثانيه معاكس شرس [ مفسد للمواضيع] حسب تقدير بعض أعضاء المنتدى المغمورين .
°° ثالثه مجادل بلا عنوان ، مهدمٌ لقناعات رسخها الزمن ، باحثٌ عن الحقيقة بكسر كل الحواجز الموصلة إليها .
تلكم ُ الأسباب أثقلت كاهلي ، ورغبتي أحيانا في المغادرة لعوالم افتراضية أقل صداما ، وأكثر لينا وتسامحا مع المخالف ، غير أني أدركت ولو متأخرا أن منتدى الشروق فيه زخم فكري وثراء ثقافي بتنوعه ، ولعل ولوجي لعالمه ذات يوم كان لمتابعتي [كزائر ] لحوارت قيمية بين أعضائه ، وإن كان بعضهم أوقف لدواعي قد تكون وجيهة بمنظور ما .

°°° لا أدري لعل توشيح صفحتي بوسام التكريم الذي يرافقتي في الحل والترحال مرافقا لكنيتي هو من قبيل الفلتة ، والتي أتمنى أن تكون في جوهرها لفتة وليست فلتة .

°°° تحياتي لإدارة المنتدى وكل الفاعلين فيها ، ودمتم ركائز صلبة في تفعيل شعارها الشافعي : [ رأينا صواب يحتمل الخطأ ، ورأيكم خطأ يحتمل الصواب ]، حيث ثبت بالفعل أن للكلمة وقع ، وأن حرية التعبير المسؤولة مكفولة لكل الناس ، وإن اختلفوا في مشاربهم الحضارية وخصوصياتهم الثقافية ، فالتنوع ثراء ونعمة .

هذى لفته من الادارة لانه الادارة شافت انه للفت فوائد كثيرة منها
اللفت مشهور بوظائفه
العلاجية في حالات أمراض المعدة والأمعاء. وقد درج على التداوي به منذ قديم الزمان
(عولج به لقمان الحكيم وغيره). وقد حفظ دوره في الطب الحديث أيضاً، فهو كما أعضاء
فصيلة الصليبيات يحتوي على مواد تزيد من إفرازات الأنزيمات فتساهم في إزالة المواد
السامة من الجسم وتخفف من تشكيل المواد السرطانية، وتحمي من سرطان الجهاز الهضمي
والأمعاء على وجه الخصوص.

- واللفت مدر للبول، والبوتاسيوم الموجود فيه
يحافظ على توازن الضغط، أما الفيتامين C الموجود في اللفت فإنه يقوي جهاز المناعة
ويتصدى لتأثيرات الأكسدة على خلايا الجسم.
- واللفت غني بالألياف ويحتوي على
سعرات حرارية قليلة، لذلك يمكن إدخاله في نظام الحمية أثناء تخفيف الوزن.
