كم مرّة أفشى ابنك مشاعرك تجاه من تزورينه أو ذكر تفاصيل حادثة حصلت في المنزل لا يجب أن يطلع عليها أحد مسببا لكِ بذلك مشاكل كثيرة، تخجل الأم من تصرف طفلها وتتسائل كيف تتصرف مع هذه العادة لدى طفلها.
بداية تعرفي على سبب لجوء طفلك لهذه العادة السيئة، فقد يكون السبب شعوره بالنقص أو رغبته في أن يكون محط الانتباه والإعجاب أو ليحصل على أكبر قدر من العطف والرعاية. وعادةً، يتخلّص الطفل من هذه العادة عندما يصل عقله إلى مستوى يميّز فيه بين الحقيقة والخيال.
وللتخلص من هذه العادة إليكِ 10نصائح من صفحة الاجتهاد في تربية الطفل:
1- تعليم الطفل أن إفشاء أسرار المنزل من الأمور غير المستحبة والتي ينزعج منها الناس، وأن هناك أحاديث أخرى يمكن أن يجذب من خلالها الآخرين.
2 - إشرحي لطفلك بهدوء مدى خصوصية ما يدور في المنزل، وأن هذه الأخيرة أمور خاصّة لا يجب أن يطلع عليها حتى الأقرباء والأصدقاء. ومع مرور الوقت، سيدرك معنى ومفهوم خصوصية المنزل.
3- إبحثي عن أسباب إفشاء طفلك للأسرار، وإذا كان يفعل ذلك للحصول على الثناء والانتباه، أعطيه المزيد من الثناء والتقدير لذاته ولما يقوم به. وإذا كان السبب هو حماية للنفس، كوني أقل قسوة معه، وكافئيه إن التزم بعدم إفشاء الأسرار الخاصة بالمنزل.
4- على الوالدين الإلتزام بعدم إفشاء أسرار الغير أمامه؛ لأنه قد يعمد إلى ذلك من باب التقليد.
5- تجنّبي العنف في معالجة هذه المشكلة لأنه يفاقمها، مع ضرورة وقف اللوم المستمر والنقد والأوامر.
6- غيّري طريقة الاحتجاج على تصرفه، وقومي، على سبيل المثال، بعدم الكلام معه لمدّة ساعة، مع إعلامه بذلك.
7- لا تبالغي في العقاب حتى لا يفقد العقاب قيمته، ويعتاد عليه الطفل.
8 - اشعري طفلك بأهميته في الأسرة وبأنه عنصر له قيمته واحترامه وأنه فرد مطلع على تفاصيل العائلة وما يدور بداخلها، فهذه التصرفات ستشعره بأهميته وتعزّز لديه ثقته بنفسه وتعلّمه تحمّل المسؤولية.
9- يمكن للوالدين الإستعانة بالحكايات وقصص ما قبل النوم والتطرق لحوادث وقصص مشابهة لغرس هذا المفهوم لدى الطفل.
10- إزرعي الآداب الدينية والأخلاق الحميدة لدى طفلك كالأمانة وحب الآخرين وعدم الكذب وعدم إفشاء الأسرار.
