__حلول سريعة لمشكل الاستيقاظ المبكر عند الاطفال__

الاستيقاظ المبكر واجواء المدارس لا تمثل الضيق والقلق للاطفال فقط ، بل ايضا قد يكرهها الكبار ، فبجانب انها تذكرهم شخصيا بذكريات الطفولة المدرسية والتي قد لا تكون سعيدة للغاية ، الا انها تمثل مسئولية كبيرة على كلا من الوالدين ، وربما تقع المسئولية الاكبر على الام .

لان الام ببساطة هى المسئول الاول عن ما يخص الاطفال داخل المنزل ، فهى المسئولة عن روتين الاستيقاظ اليومي كل صباح من اجل الذهاب الى المدرسة .

ولكن هناك مشاكل مختلفة قد تواجه الام اثناء هذا الروتين الصباحي، واليكِ عزيزتي عدة حلول مبتكرة من اجل القضاء على تلك المشاكل...





-ارتداء الملابس المتأخر للاطفال:



الكثير من الامهات يعانوا من التأخير والذي يرجع الى تأخر ارتداء الاطفال لزيهم المدرسي ، فالاطفال الصغار يحتاجون الى المساعدة من اجل ارتداء ملابسهم ، اما الكبار فهم يتفنون فى صنع الحجج من اجل تأخير ارتداء الملابس وبالتالي عدم الذهاب الى المدرسة ، ولذا ننصحك بالقيام بهذا الامر اولا ، اجعلي ارتداء الملابس المدرسية اولوية اولى فيما يخص الصباح ، بدلا من القيام بكل الامور ثم الانتهاء بارتداء الملابس .






-الفوضى والتشتت:



بعض الامهات تعاني من الفوضى والنسيان التي تحدث كل يوم صباحا ، فالطفل الصغير سرعان ما ينسى الروتين اليومي الصباحي
، ولذا فيبدو عليه علامات التشتت والنسيان ، فماذا تفعل الام كل يوم ؟ هل عليها تذكيره بواجباته الصباحية دائما ؟

والحل هو الربط بين المرح وروتين الصباح الممل ، قومي باستخدام الموسيقى لتساعدك على هذا ، بحيث كل اغنية تعبر عن الوقت الخاص بعمل كل خطوة فى هذا الروتين ، يمكنك استخدام الموسيقى التى يحبها طفلك كأحد اغاني الاطفال او اغاني المسلسلات الكرتونية ...الخ.

-الوقت غير كافي:



اذا كان لديكِ اكثر من طفل فى مراحل دراسية مختلفة فهذا يعني الكثير من الاعباء المنزلية فى الصباح ، وقد توجهين اهتمامك الى الاطفال الاصغر سنا مقارنة بالاكبر عمرا ، ولكن فى النهاية فهم جميعا صغار ، فما العمل؟
ننصحك بتحديد جدول زمني او روتين محدد لمهام الصباح ، مثل موعد ايقاظ اطفالك وموعد تحضير الوجبات او ارتداء زي المدرسة ...الخ.
ثم كتابة الجدول بشكل مفصل وضعه فى مكان مرئي لاطفالك داخل منزلك ، وربما قد تضعينه داخل حجرتهم ، فهذا الروتين المكتوب سيساعدهم على تذكر الخطوات اللازم تنفيذها .





-المشاحنات الصباحية المعتادة:



اذا كان طفلك كسول ولا يريد الذهاب الى المدرسة فهو امر اعتيادي ويحدث لاغلبية الاطفال ، تذكري نفسك حينما كنتِ بنفس عمره !
فالطفل المثالي الذي يحب مدرسته بشدة هو طفل نادر الوجود ، لذا حاولي على قدر الامكان تفهم عقلية طفلك و ابتعدي عن المشاحنات والصياح فى الصباح ، لان هذا الصياح سيؤثر على بقية يومك ويمنحك مزاج سييء.
