النيجر الهدف التالي للجماعات الجهادية بعد شمال مالي
خططت حركة أنصار الدين، ومعها التنظيمات الجهادية في إقليم أزواد للسيطرة على الصحراء الممتدة من جنوب ليبيا إلى غاية غرب موريتانيا، ودعم الحركات الجهادية في تونس وليبيا ومصر وتنظيم القاعدة في الجزائر.

وقالت مصادر، بناء على وثائق حصلت عليها القوات الفرنسية الخاصة، إن شبكة القاعدة الدولية كانت على إتصال وثيق مع أمراء الفصائل الإرهابية المسلحة في شمال مالي. وحصلت حركة أنصار الدين على صواريخ خفيفة مضادة للطائرات من سماسرة سلاح دوليين، حسب تقارير أمنية.

وقد قلبت معلومات أمنية حصلت عليها أجهزة أمن غربية، بعد سقوط مدينة غاو في يد القوات الإفريقية، كل الفرضيات التي تحدثت عن السلاح الليبي كمصدر وحيد لتسليح الجماعات السلفية المسلحة المتشددة في شمال مالي.

وسيطرت وحدات الجيش المالي على بقايا أسلحة لم تكن موجودة لدى الجيش الليبي، ولا أي من جيوش المنطقة، كما كشفت وثائق سرية استولت عليها القوات الفرنسية في مدينة غاو بإقليم أزواد، بأن سماسرة سلاح دوليين نقلوا أسلحة من دول في شرق أوروبا إلى تجار سلاح محليين في دول إفريقية. وقد وصلت هذه الأسلحة إلى عناصر حركة أنصار الدين في النهاية.

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن القوات الفرنسية فوجئت، في اليوم الأول من الوصول إلى إقليم أزواد، بأن حركة أنصار الدين تمكنت من الحصول على صواريخ أرض - جو حرارية، معدلة خفيفة، روسية الصنع. كما أنها حصلت على رادار يستعمل في تعقب الطائرات بدون طيار فوق منطقة تقع شمالي مدينة غاو بإقليم أزواد.

وقالت المصادر إن الوثائق التي حصلت عليها القوات الفرنسية في مدينة غاو، أكدت أن الحركات الجهادية المتحالفة التي سيطرت على إقليم أزواد عدة أشهر، كانت تخطط لإعادة سيناريو الإستيلاء على إقليم أزواد في شمال النيجر، والوصول إلى صحراء جنوب ليبيا.

وقال مصدر عليم إن أجهزة أمن فرنسية كشفت عن بعض ما جاء في تسجيلات صوتية لاجتماع سري، تم بين أمراء خمس منظمات مسلحة في مدينة غاو في شهر سبتمبر 2012، وقد تقرر في الإجتماع السري أن تباشر هذه التنظيمات، بالتعاون مع مجموعات مسلحة تابعة للقاعدة وأنصار الدين، موجودة فعلا في الأراضي النيجرية، العمل على الإعلان عن ثورة مسلحة في صحراء تينيري ومناطق أكادس وزوراك النيجرية، وأن تحصل هذه المجموعات على دعم مباشر من أنصار الدين لكي تسيطر على شمال النيجر.

ورشح المجتمعون، وهم زعماء حركات أنصار الدين والتوحيد والجهاد والقاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي والملثمين وجماعة بوكو حرام، النيجر كمرحلة ثانية في إطار مخطط للسيطرة على الصحراء الكبرى وتحويلها إلى إمارة إسلامية تمتد من غرب موريتانيا إلى غاية تشاد وجنوب ليبيا وأجزاء من جنوب الجزائر.

وجاء ترشيح النيجر على أساس العلاقة القوية لأمير أنصار الدين، إياد غالي، بالحركات الإنفصالية في شمال النيجر منذ ثورة عام 1991.

وتضمنت المخططات أن السيطرة على شمال النيجر سيعقبها توجيه إنذار إلى موريتانيا للإفراج فورا عن كل السجناء السلفيين المعتقلين في سجونها، وانتظار نشوب ثورة في أي من بلدان الجوار من أجل نقل المعركة إليه بصفة مباشرة، وتوفير دعم إضافي للحركات السلفية الجهادية في تونس وتنظيم القاعدة المغاربي في الجزائر وحركة بوكو حرام.

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن المعلومات المتداولة في الموضوع تؤكد أن قادة هذه التنظيمات ربطوا خط إتصال مع قيادة تنظيم القاعدة الدولي في باكستان، من أجل تنسيق الجهود.
