كن بيداغوجيا تنجح في درسك

قليل من ينجح في مهنة التعليم لكونها أصعب المهن وتتطلب مهارة وحنكة وذكاء أكثر من امتلاك العلم نفسه فالاستاذ والمعلم امام أمر يسمى تبسيط المعلومة وايصالها لتلاميذه فهو يحاول ان يبتعد عن التعقيد واستعمال ما حوله من وسائل لايفاء الغرض من ذلك السبورة وهي الاساس في العملية ففيها يلعب الدور الاكبر لشد انتباه التلاميذ لكن قبل ذلك واثناء التحضير لابد للاستاذ والمعلم الجديد أن يحضر خطة لسير الدرس بعد المامه بالدرس بشكل جيد ومن مراجع مختلفة تتمثل الخطة في رسم كيفية الحوار بينه وبين تلاميذه الاسئلة التي يمكن ان تطرح عليه وان يظهر بمظهر القوي المتمكن بلا غرور ولا عناد وان يستعمل شخصيته الحقيقية اثناء الدرس وان يتجنب تماما التقمص والمقصود بهذا الا يلزم نفسه الصرامة وهو في اصله غير ذلك لان هذا يرهقه ويتعبه ويصل به الى الفشل الذريع ويتعدى ذلك حتى مساره المهنى فان كان هذا الاستاذ يحب المرح فاليجعل مقتطعات ليس هو من يختارها بل طبيعته هي التي تفرض ذلك لكن هو يتحكم فيها وينظمها ويجعل منها اداة لخدمة الدرس وانصح الاساتذة المكلفون بمواد تدريس ليست من اختصاصهم أن لايصرحو بذلك للتلميذ فاذا ظن انه يقدم اعذارا مسبقة عن فشله فذلك لايعرفه التلميذ ولايفهمه لابد لمن قبل بهذه المهنة ان يكون قوي ولا يكون ذلك الا بالتحظير الجيد والتحظير الجيد ويستحسن في السنوات الاولى في العمل التدريسي الابتعاد عن المذكرة والتقيد بها كليا الا ان تجعل قصاصة فيها العناوين لان هذا يدفعك للاعتماد الكلي على نفسك ويظهرك قويا وكلما رأيت أو لمحت اعجاب تلاميذك بك كلما أرتحت أكثر وازدادت ثقتك بنفسك وحينها لا يراك احد تتضجر من هذه المهنة تدخل القسم تضحك وتخرج تضحك .
تأكد دائما انك لاتسطيع افهام مالا تفهمه وتأكد انك اذا فهمت الفهم الجيد فانك حفظت واذا حفطت فانك تقدم . . والله المستعان .

مشكورة الاخت اسيا واتمنى من الاخوة مزيد من الاثراء لنستفيد ونفيد . واردت ان يكون الموضوع اكثر اتساعا بمشاركات مختلفة . ومما أضيفه في حدود خبرتي لايكثر الاستاذ والمعلم قراءة نظريات تربوية ولا يأخذها كجدلية فهي لا تفيده انما ذلك من مهمة البرنامج وهي موجودة ضمنا فيه وليس في شخص المعلم لان المعلم ينفذ برنامج سطرته جهة معينة وعلى تلك الجهة اخذ بعين الاعتبار تلك النظريات ضمن منظومة لايمكن للمعلم الحياد عنها . ومن فشل البرنامج الحالي وهو برنامج طموح ورائع لكن لم توفر الوزارة الوسائل اللا زمة فبقي برنامجا اعرجا ولذلك وعلى طول فترة تطبيقه لم تتحقق الوضعية الادماجية ولم ولن يستطيعو تطبيقها والسبب قلة الوسائل .
