الخبز التونســــــــــــــــــي بطريقتي

المقادير:
 غرفية شابلور (خبز مدشوش )
 نصف كاس سكر
 كاس زيت
 نصف كاس كوكاو مدشش مقلي نقطة فوق القاف
 ستة بيض
 واحدة خميرة الحلوى

الشاربات:
 ثلاث كاس سكر في كاس و نصف ماء+ حبة ليم مقطعة (خليهم يغلوحتى تثقل شوية و نحيه يبرد في الثلاجة)
التحضير :
 في خلاط ديري البيض+السكر+ خميرة الحلوى+الزيت و خلطي مليح بالباتور+ الكاوكا
 حطي الباتور بجيهة و ابداي باضافة الشابلور بالشوية و خلطي بالملعقة
 ادهني الصينية بالزبدة او الزيت و ضعي الخليط و ضعيه مباشرة في الفرن عندما ياخذ اللون الاحمر خرجيه
 سقيه بنصف الشاربات اللي حضرتيها (الشاربات تكون باردة اما صنية الخبز التونسي تكون سخونة )
 كي تبرد الصينية عاودي سقيها بالشاربات للمرة الثانية يترك مدة قصيرة ثم
تقطع الى مربعات

الخبز التونسي هذا يسمى البسبوسة,,,,,,و طريقة تحضيرها تختلف من شخص لآخر,,,,,,

فمثلا نحن نحضرها بالسميد الخشن (( الدشيشة)),,,,,,
و إليك عزيزتي أم هديل المقادير حتى لا تتفتت معك,,,,,

المقادير:

5 حبات بيض
2 خميرة كيميائية ((نوارة))
قليل من الفانيلا
كأس حليب (( طايب ))
كأس زيت
كأس سكر
سميد خشن
يمكن إضافة القليل من الكوكاو أو اللوز ((لمن تريد و حسب الذوق))

الشربات حسب الذوق

1 كلغ سكر
لتر ماء
عصير ليمون أو عصير برتقال


طريقة التحضير:

نخلط البيض مع الحليب و الزيت و السكر و الخميرة ثم نضيف السميد شيئا فشيئا حتى نحصل على عجين تشبه عجينة المسكوتشو,,,,,,,, نضعها في صينية و نتركها تنضج,,,,,,,,و نحضر بعدها الشربات,,,,,,,

عند إضافة الشربات يجب أن نحترم التالي,,,,,,

إذا كانت الشربات ساخنة يجب أن تكون البسبوسة باردة,,,,,,,,و العكس إذا كانت الشربات باردة يجب أن تكون البسبوسة ساخنة ,,,,,,,حتى لا تتعجن,,,,,,,,

تزين بشرائح اللوز أو أي مكسرات أخرى,,,,,,,
