أقترح عليكم في هذا الموضوع مجموعة من نماذج الامتحانات المهنية للالتحاق برتبة متصرف اداري مستشار التي تم تنظيمها من قبل المدرسة الوطنية للإدارة في دورتي ديسمبر 2011.

مادة الثقافة العامة (9 ديسمبر 2011)

عالج موضوعا واحدا:

1 يتعين التوجه نحو مجتمع يحتاج إلى تواجد أكبر للدولة، وتواجد أكبر للسوق وفضاءات أوسع للحريات.

اختبار مادة التحرير الإداري (9 ديسمبر 2011)

بصفتك متصرف مستشار في وزارة الموارد المائية، طلب منك تفعيل مجلس إدارة الوكالة الوطنية للتسيير المدمج للموارد المائية المحدث بموجب أحكام المواد من 14 إلى 19 من المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 11-262 المؤرخ في 28 شعبان 1432 الموافق لـ 30 يوليو 2011 المتضمن إنشاء الوكالة الوطنية للتسيير المدمج للموارد المائية، بإعداد ما يلي:

رسالة نموذجية ترسل إلى كل وزير معني لاقتراح ممثل له في مجلس الإدارة؛

مشروع قرار إداري لتعيين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة؛

رسالة نموذجية لدعوة اجتماع أول دورة عادية لمجلس الإدارة؛

مشروع جدول أعمال مجلس الإدارة.

مادة الثقافة العامة (16 ديسمبر 2011)

عالج موضوعا واحدا:

1 تكمن اشكالية الثقافة العامة في صلب ما يعرف بأزمة التربية.

La problématique de la culture générale est au cœur de ce que l’on pu appeler « la crise de l’Education ».

2 يساعد تعميم استعمال الاعلام الآلي على تحقيق اللامركزية أو تقوية المركزية.

L’informatisation peut aider à la décentralisation ou accroitre la centralisation.

مادة التحرير الاداري (16 ديسمبر 2011)

يشكل التطور الذي عرفته ظاهرة التهرب من الضريبة أحد الانشغالات الدائمة للسلطات العمومية.

كلفت بإعداد مذكرة حول الموضوع تبين فيها انطلاقا من الوضع الراهن والمعطيات المرتبطة به تحليلا تشخيصيا للظاهرة وسلسلة من التدابير التي قد تقترحها قصد الحد منها.

3 تشكل بنية الميزان التجاري للجزائر مصدر قلق للسلطات العمومية ما هي المخاطر الناجمة عن هذه البنية وكيف تهدد الاقتصاد الجزائري في المدى القصير والمتوسط.

La structure de la balance commerciale est source d’inquiétude pour les pouvoirs publics. Quels sont les risque qu’elle fait courir à l’économie de l’Algérie à court et à moyen terme.

أسال الله تعالى أن يجعل التوفيق والسداد من نصيب الأشخاص الأكثر أمانة وإخلاصا لهذا الوطن الغالي الجريح "الجزائر" وللأشخاص الأكثر كفاءة وقدرة على وضع الأمور في نصابها الطبيعي، فعادة ما يشغل خريجي هذه المدرسة مناصب عليا وحساسة في تسيير الدولة.
