رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو قد يغامر عسكرياً ضد إيران ولبنان وغزة
أبدى مسؤول عربي بارز خشيته من إقدام رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي المكلف بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة بنيامين نتنياهو على المغامرة بتنفيذ عملية عسكرية تخلط الأوراق في المنطقة، مع إقتراب موعد زيارة الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما إليها في شهر مارس المقبل، من أجل مقايضته في عدد من الملفات.
وتشمل هذه العملية إيران وسوريا ولبنان والأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
ويرى أن نتنياهو سيعتمد سياسة الهروب إلى الأمام، عبر التأثير الداخلي أمريكياً من خلال مجلسي النواب والشيوخ واللوبي الصهيوني، وخارجياً بمحاولة تأمين الدعم لمنع إيران من تنفيذ برنامجها النووي.
ويحدد السيناريو من خلال:
- ضرب المنشآت النووية الإيرانية لمنع إيران من إمتلاك وتنفيذ برنامجها النووي، ولمنع الإنفتاح الإيراني والتقرب أكثر في المنطقة، بعدما إكتشفت الأخطار المحدقة بها، وفهمت الإشارات المرسلة لها، حيث بدأت العمل على فك عزلتها، بتعزيز العلاقات العربية والإسلامية.
- تنفيذ غاراتٍ على سوريا على غرار ما جرى في الشهر الماضي، وإيجاد ذرائع عن إرسال أسلحة إلى «حزب الله»، وتهديد أمن جنودها في الجولان، وهي لا تحتاج في الأساس إلى إختلاق ذرائع.
- الإتهام البلغاري لـ «حزب الله» بتنفيذ التفجير الذي إستهدف حافلة إسرائيلية.
- العمل على تأجيج الشارع الفلسطيني ومحاولة ضرب المصالحة الفلسطينية وتعميق الإنقسام.
في غضون ذلك، فإن نتنياهو ما زال يواجهه مشكلة في تشكيل الحكومة بعد الهزيمة التي مني بها اليمين المتطرف بتأمين الغالبية في الكنيست، لتشكيلها كما كان يطمح وحليفه أفغيدور ليبرمان، ولذلك يسجل إقدام سلطات الإحتلال الإسرائيلي على مواصلة الإستيطان، واستمرار تهويد القدس والزج بالأسرى في السجون، وجديدها بناء كنيس بالقرب من حائط البراق في القدس، وهو ما يعتبر من أخطر الأعمال التي قد تولد تطورات لاحقة، ليس داخل فلسطين، بل في الخارج.
وفي ظل مأزق نتنياهو، فإن الساحة الفلسطينية تمتلك الكثير من الأوراق بعد إنجاز العديد من الملفات المتعقلة بالمصالحة الفلسطينية، والتقدم في أكثر من ملف، والإنتصار السياسي التي حققه الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس في «الأمم المتحدة» بدخول فلسطين عضواً، والإنتصار الميداني الذي حققته حركة «حماس» والمقاومة في غزة، وهو ما أثبت أن الشعب الفلسطيني جسم واحد في الداخل والشتات، وذلك مع الإصرار على إنهاء الإنقسام، وتفاعل الحراك الشعبي، والنشاط السلمي ببناء المخيمات لإفشال مخططات الإستيطان الإسرائيلي، واستكمال بناء مقومات الدولة الفلسطينية، والإستفادة من المكاسب لدى المنظمات الدولية، مما أتاح الدخول إلى مؤسسات «الأمم المتحدة»، وهو ما يؤدي إلى أن الإسرائيليين لن يكونوا مطلقي اليدين، وسيتم محاكمتهم على جرائم حرب في «محكمة الجرائم الدولية».
وكذلك مع إنطلاق عمل لجنة الإنتخابات المركزية بتسجيل الناخبين في غزة، وبدأ الرئيس عباس مشاورته لتشكيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية، والتي من المتوقع أن يصدر مرسومين متزامنين بالدعوة للانتخابات الرئاسية والتشريعية والمجلس الوطني وإعلان ولادة الحكومة خلال شهر مارس المقبل.
وهذا ما يعيد الإهتمام مجدداً بالقضية الفلسطينية في ظل ثورات «الربيع العربي»، التي بدأت تتحول من أن تكون مواجهة بين الشعب والحكام إلى مواجهة ما بين فئات الشعب نفسه.
هذا الواقع يضع الرئيس الأمريكي أمام خيارات ضيقة، ومع تأكيده استمرار دعم «إسرائيل» المطلق، إلا أنه يصر على إعطاء دفعة قوية إلى العملية السلمية لتحقيق مبدأ الدولتين، وإشراك أكثر من طرف بذلك، وعدم إضاعة آخر فرصة جديدة لعملية السلام، بما نتنياهو الذي وقف ضد الرئيس أوباما في الإنتخابات الأمريكية الأخيرة، سيعمل على تعطيل نجاح الإدارة الأمريكية في تحقيق الإنجازات في الولاية الثانية والأخيرة للرئيس أوباما، لذلك لا يستبعد إقدامه على توجيه ضربةٍ إلى المنشآت النووية الإيرانية، أو إلى سوريا، وحتى ضد «حزب الله» في لبنان، وليس بحاجة إلى أي ذريعة لتوجيه قصفٍ أو قيام بعدوان على قطاع غزة وبذلك يكون قد جرّ المنطقة إلى حرب، يعتبر هو الأكثر إستعداداً فيها، في ظل ما يجري في سوريا من إقتتال بين النظام والمسلحين، وفي ظل التفكك العربي والإلتهاء بما سمي «الربيع العربي»، وبالتالي فيكون قد حقق أكثر من هدف، وخرج من المأزق الذي يعيشه الآن.
ولإستشفاف تفاصيل ما ينوي أوباما بحثه خلال زيارته، علم أن نتنياهو سيوفد موفدين شخصيين إلى الولايات المتحدة لبحث نقاط الزيارة معها، وفي ضوء ذلك يتخذ قراره المناسب باستعجال التنفيذ أو الإرجاء!
