أموال سعودية للمغرب لإنقاذ المخزن من الربيع القادم
ضخّت المملكة العربية السعودية 400 مليون دولار كدفعة أولى من المساعدات المالية للمغرب، تنفيذا لاتفاقات خليجية بصرف 5 ملايير دولار كمنح لدعم نظام المخزن في مواجهة موجة الربيع العربي، حيث تعمل الملكيات العربية على تفادي الوقوع فريسة لموجة الإنتقاضات التي هزت عدة دول في المنطقة.

وأعلنت وزارة الإقتصاد والمالية المغربية عن توقيع إتفاقية يوم أمس الإثنين، مع الصندوق السعودي للتنمية تسمح بصرف 400 مليون دولار، وحسب بلاغ الوزارة المغربية فإن المنحة السعودية تأتي تتويجا للزيارة التي قام بها العاهل المغربي للسعودية في أكتوبر من السنة الماضية وتوثيقا لشراكة إستراتيجية بين المغرب و دول الخليج العربي.

ويعتبر المبلغ دفعة أولى من منحة سعودية إجمالية تقدر بنحو مليار و 250 مليون دولار لفائدة التنمية في قطاعات الفلاحة والسكن والطرقات والمنشآت الفنية.

وكان مجلس دول التعاون الخليجي الذي يعتبر منتدى للملكية العربية وعد بصرف منحة تقدر بـ 5 ملايير دولار لفائدة المغرب بدءا من 2012 و إلى غاية 2016.

وتأتي الدفعة السعودية كأول غلاف مالي يتلقاها المغرب عقب الإنذار الذي أطلقه نائب الأمين العام لجماعة العدل والإحسان فتح الله أرسلان ، والناطق الرسمي باسمها الذي حذّر من ثورة شعبية حقيقية بالمغرب ، نظرا لعدم وجود إصلاحات سياسية عميقة ديموقراطية وحقيقية بالمغرب على إثر موجة الربيع العربي في عدد من بلدان شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط.
