الفرنسيون في مالي يستعدون لـ"مرحلة الجهاد"
كشفت حرب شوارع بين الجنود الماليين والمسلحين في مدينة غاوو شمالي مالي، عن جدية التهديدات التي أطلقها المسلحون عن نيتهم خوض حرب مستمرة مع القوات الفرنسية والإفريقية في صحراء أزواد.

إذ لم تكد المجموعات المسلحة في مالي تتوارى أمام الجيش الفرنسي، حتى عادت بعد أيام قليلة لتمارس تهديدها، وتنفذ أول عملية إنتحارية في الثامن من فيفري الجاري تبنتها حركة التوحيد والجهاد.

وقد أكد أبو الوليد الصحراوي الناطق باسم الحركة أن العمليات ستواصل "حتى النصر" مؤكدا أن "المجاهدين في غاوو سيبقون فيها".

ويؤكد مراقبون في المنطقة أن المدن الصحراوية الثلاث (تينبكتو وغاوو وكيدال) التي تمت إستعادتها ستشهد المزيد من هذه العمليات في الفترة القادمة، وأن طرد المسلحين ليس بالأمر السهل في صحراء شاسعة، يمكن الإختباء والظهور فيها في لمح البصر، خاصة مع وجود مخابئ محصنة للمسلحين تتمثل في جبال "آدرار إيفوغاس" بامتداد الحدود المالية الجزائرية.

وجاءت دعوة تنظيم القاعدة في جزيرة العرب إلى "الجهاد ضد التدخل الفرنسي"، ليؤكد نية هذه الجماعات في اتخاذ شمالي البلاد هدفا لعمليات مستمرة ضد القوات الفرنسية والإفريقية التي تساندها.

وقال البيان : "ضمن الحملة الصليبية على الإسلام قامت فرنسا بالإعتداء على المسلمين في مالي بلا أي مبرر أو سبب، في إعلان على العداوة على الإسلام وأهله. وليس ذلك بغريب على فرنسا التي اعتدت على المحجبات المؤمنات وتولت إرسال الحملات الصليبية".

ورغم وجود المئات من الأجانب المسلمين في صفوف هذه الحركات التي تم طردها من المدن، فإنه من المتوقع أن تلقى دعوة القاعدة في جزيرة العرب إستجابة وحماسة لدى المتعاطفين معها في المنطقة، خاصة في منطقة شمال وغرب إفريقيا التي تشهد تناميا كبيرا لأتباع هذه الحركات.

وحسب مراقبين في العاصمة المالية باماكو فإن خروج فرنسا أو تقليص تواجدها هو ما تنتظره هذه الجماعات التي إنحسرت بفضل الضربات الجوية الفرنسية لقواعدها وأرتالها المتحركة، إذ بمجرد غياب الرادع الجوي ستتمكن المجموعات المسلحة من إعادة إنتشارها واستئناف عملياتها بشكل واسع.

وحسب محلل من باريس ، فإن العمليات الإنتحارية الأخيرة التي شنتها الحركات المسلحة وتهديداتها قد تحرج الخروج الفرنسي من مالي وتجعله "خروجا غير مشرف"، خاصة بعد رفع المجموعات النشطة بشكل واسع لشعار "الحرب ضد الصليبين الفرنسيين"، المحتل السابق للمنطقة.

وهو ما سيحتم على فرنسا إعادة ترتيب أوراقها وضمان دحر أعدائها الذين سيحول نشاطهم في المنطقة الغنية بالمعادن دون ممارسة الشركات الفرنسية لأعمالها.

وقال المحلل الذي فضل عدم ذكر اسمه إن "فرنسا التي استفادت من الحرب في أفغانستان لن تترك المنطقة دون وضع خطط لمرحلة الجهاد، التي ستعتمد فيها الجماعات المسلحة على التفجيرات الإنتحارية وحرب العصابات المقلقلة للجيوش".

وهو ما تؤيده تصريحات وزارة الدفاع الفرنسية التي تؤكد أن باريس لن تترك المنطقة دون التأكد من دحر هذه الجماعات وإستتباب الأمن فيها.

وتنشط في المنطقة 3 جماعات رئيسية، أقواها تسليحا حركة أنصار الدين، تليها حركة التوحيد والجهاد، ثم تنظيم القاعدة في المغرب الإسلامي، وجميعها حركات تمرست العيش والتخفي في الصحراء مع السكان المحليين، ولديها مواقع إستراتيجية في جبال "أدرار إيفوغاس"، وجبال "تغرغارت" على الحدود المالية الموريتانية.

وتعد هذه المناطق التي يشبهها المحللين بجبال "تورابورا" الأفغانية محصنة بدرجة كبيرة ضد الضربات الجوية، فضلا عن إقتحامها بجيوش مدرعة، وقد إستوطنت هذه الجماعات المنطقتين في فترات سابقة هربا من مطاردة السلطات الجزائرية والموريتانية لها.

وحسب خبراء، فإن الفرنسيين والأفارقة "لن يسجلوا أي نجاح حقيقي ما لم يستطيعوا إقتلاع هذه الجماعات من مخابئها الإستراتيجية هذه، وهو أمر بعيد المنال حسب المعطيات الراهنة".
