مجلس النواب الفرنسي يقر مشروع قانون يسمح بزواج «المثليين»

أقر مجلس النواب الفرنسي، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء، مشروع القانون الذي يفسح مجال الزواج أمام «مثليي الجنس».



وتبنت الجمعية الوطنية الفرنسية مشروع قانون يمهد لزواج المثليين بموافقة 329 صوتا في مقابل رفض 229 صوتا، خلال تصويت علني للنواب جرى خلال جلسة مخصصة اليوم لذلك الغرض.



ومن المقرر، أن يدرس مجلس الشيوخ، اعتبارا من الثانى من أبريل القادم، مشروع القانون ذاته الذى أثار جدلا واسعا في الفترة الأخيرة في الشارع الفرنسي بين مؤيد ومعارض.



ويحتدم الجدل فى الأوساط السياسية والاجتماعية والدينية فى فرنسا هذه الأيام حول تقنين «زواج المثليين» الذى تبنت الحكومة الاشتراكية مشروع قانون بشأنه فى نوفمبر الماضى والذى حمل اسم «الزواج للجميع».



ويتمسك اليسار الحاكم بالمشروع باعتباره أحد التعهدات التى قطعها الرئيس «فرانسوا أولاند» خلال حملته الانتخابية، وهو ما تعكسه تصريحات أعضاء الحكومة وكان آخرهم وزيرة العدل «كريستيان توبورا» التى أكدت أن الحكومة ستبقي على مشروع القانون المتعلق بزواج «مثليي الجنس»، بغض النظر عن المسيرات والمظاهرات الحاشدة التى نظمت مؤخرا لرفض هذا المشروع.



واعتبرت الوزيرة الفرنسية أن المشروع يعد مسئولية الحكومة واستبعدت فى الوقت نفسه طرح الموضوع الشائك على الاستفتاء الشعبى كما تنادى به بعض أطراف المعارضة.

بسم الله محمد الجزائري .ان القانون الدي اردته فرنسا لنفسها ما هو الى المراة و الوجه الحقيقي لهده الشعوب المنحلة اخلاقيا . انضر الى الدمقراطية في فرنسا الناس يتضاهرون ضد هدا القانون و الحكومة تقول انه شانها وحدها ولاتريد حتى الاستفتاء لانها حليفة الشيطان . كل مرة يعلنون بتصرفاتهم بغير وعي ان دمقرطة الشعوب ماهي الا خدعة يغزون ويستعمرون وينهبون خيرات الدول الصغيرة و الضعيفة مثل العراق و افغنستان و ليبيا و مالي و غيرها من البلدان . و من المؤسف يوجد ابواق لهده المزاعم فينا . ونقول لشباب الجزائر اين تدهبون تلقوا بانفسكم في البحار و السجون و تمتون من اجل مادا ما مصير ابناؤكم و بناتكم عندما يكبرون مع من يتزوجون . والله لم اجد ما اقول في هدا المنتدى المحترم فنحن اسما من ان نناقش موضوع من هدا القبيل . لكن لقرب فرنسا منا جغرافيا و الى العدد الهائل من الجزائريين الموجدين هناك يجب علينا ان نفكر في كيفية حماية انفسنا و مستقبل ابناؤنا من هدا الفجر و الفسوق . لانه و لا دين يقبل بمثل هدا القانون الا اتباع الشيطان . . و الله غني عن العالمين . وخير اخر الكلام هو لسلام
