بعد الظروف الاجتماعية الصعبة التي يواجهونها.. الموت يتخطف طلبة الإقامات الجامعية




يعيش الطلبة الجامعيين المقيمين بالإقامات الجامعية وضعية لا يحسد عليها من المعاناة المستمرة التي تمس مختلف مناحي نشاطاتهم ، فبعد الإرهاق ومشاكل البحث العلمي في الجامعة يعود الطالب إلى الحي الجامعي ليصادف مشاكل بالجملة نتيجة سوء التسيير الذي يطبع إدارات هذا المكسب عبر الوطن.
ففي بلعباس قام يوم الاثنين طلبة الإقامة الجامعية ابن رشد للذكور بحركة احتجاجية تم على إثرها إغلاق الإقامة المذكورة لقرابة اليوم الكامل بعد أن عجزوا عن إيجاد أرضية اتفاق مع الإدارة المتعنتة والمتسلطة بقراراتها حسبهم، الطلبة الذين اعتصموا بأعداد كبيرة تمكنوا خلالها من شل الحركة تماما أمام المدخل و منع الكل من الدخول ابتداءا من الساعة الثامنة عدا أعوان الأمن ، وكان الغاضبون قد قاموا بحركة احتجاجية قبل هذا اليوم بسبب تردي الأوضاع بالمطعم نجمت عنها مناوشات بين العمال و الطلبة حيث اصيب عامل اثناء تلك الأحداث لتقوم ادارة الجامعة بإجراء المتابعة القضائية ضد أحد الطلبة عبثا وبدون أي وجه حق ،الشيء الذي جعل الطلبة ينتفضون بصورة عفوية من أجل الضغط باتجاه رفع الظلم عن الطالب البريء حسبهم والذي قطع مسافة الصحراء من أجل العلم ليجد نفسه مورط في قضية الحال ، هذه الحادثة ليست الأولى من نوعها فقد سبق للطلبة القيام بالكثير من الوقفات الاحتجاجية و التظاهرات التي لم تأت أكلها بسبب غياب الإرادة السياسية من طرف الإدارة لحل مشاكل الطلبة الكثيرة ، و تعاني الإقامات الجامعية بولاية بلعباس من نقائص متفاوتة ، تجد أكثرها في الإقامة الأقدم ابن رشد حيث يترنح ساكنيها بين سوء التسيير وعشوائية الإدارة ، فقد صار الحي السكني المذكور مأوى للغرباء الذين زاحموا الطلبة في كل شيء حتى الخبز الذي لم يعد يكفي الطلبة و ينفذ في دقائق بقدرة قادر ، وبالإضافة إلى مشكل المياه التي تنقطع باستمرار و تنعدم في بعض الأجنحة تماما يشتكي الطلبة كذلك من إنعدام النظافة وغياب الصيانة المستمرة للمرافق و الغرف ، هذا الأمر ليس خطيرا مقارنة مع ما وقع أمس الثلثاء حيث تعرض طالب جامعي يقطن بالإقامة ذاتها وينحدر من احد قرى تيارت إلى طعنة خنجر مميتة أدت إلى إصابته بتمزق داخلي ونزيف حاد تم على إثره نقله إلى المستشفى حيث لا يزال يقبع هناك بين الحياة والموت ، هذه الحادثة كان بطلها أحد الغرباء الذي حاول افساد احتفالية كانت تقام داخل الإقامة حيث تمكن الطالب المغدور من مقاومته وإخراجه من مكان الحفل ، قبل أن ينتقم المنحرف منه صبيحة ذلك اليوم بغرس خنجر بصدره أمام المارة ، وفيم يباشر الطلبة رفع شكوى ضد الفاعل تبقى فرصة نجاة الطالب ضئيلة في انتظار أن تقوم الإدارة بخطوة ليس لتحسين ظروف العيش هذه المرة بل لحفظ حياة ساكنيها بالفعل بعد أن أضحى الطالب غير آمن على نفسه داخل الحرم و خارجه.
