نخليكم مع الوصفة نحتاجو الى فخذ الدجاج او الصدر كيما تحبو
حبة بصل صغيرة +ربطة معدنوس+حمص منفخ+ملعقة صغيرة طماطم +ملح فلفل اسود +زعفران
4حبات بطاطا متوسطة الحجم
حبة بيض و2حبات بيض مغليين +2حبات فرماج
الطريقة
نقشر البطاطا ونقطعها ونحطها تغلي مع الملح والزعفران والفلفل
