خبراء أجانب لتدريب مرسي على فن البروتوكول و الإتيكيت
تدرس الرئاسة المصرية حاليا استقدام خبراء أجانب متخصصين فى فن البروتوكول والإتيكيت، من أجل مساعدة الرئيس محمد مرسى للتغلب على العقبات التى تواجهه خلال تعامله مع الرؤساء والمسؤولين بدول العالم، خاصة الغربية منها، بعدما ثبت مؤخرا ضعف إمكانيات الرئيس فى التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية أوالألمانية بطلاقة، وافتقاره إلى العديد من القواعد المهمة فى المراسم والبروتوكولات الدولية المهمة التى يجب أن تتوافر فى كبار المسؤولين على الصعيد الدولى.

وكشفت مصادر برئاسة الجمهورية أن ديوان الرئاسة يجرى اتصالات بمكاتب ومؤسسات متخصصة واستشاريين فى الصورة والبروتوكولات، فى كل من لندن وواشنطن من أجل الإستعانة بخبراتهم فى تدريب الدكتور مرسى على الفنون، والقواعد والمبادئ المكتوبة، وغير المكتوبة التى تنظم المجاملات والتعامل فى مختلف المناسبات والحفلات والمآدب الرسمية والإجتماعية.

ومن المنتظر أن يخضع الدكتور مرسى لتدريبات مكثفة خلال الفترة المقبلة على يد العديد من الخبراء الأجانب، للتعرف على الإجراءات والتقاليد وقواعد اللياقة التى تسود المعاملات والاتصالات الدولية، والأعراف التى يتبعها رؤساء الدول أو الملوك والأمراء خلال زياراتهم المختلفة للدول الأخرى، والأخطاء الشائع حدوثها فى المحافل الدولية، وكيفية التصرف حيالها، ومعالجتها بشكل فورى من خلال إستشارى صورة وبروتوكولات يلازم الرئيس مرسى خلال جميع رحلاته الخارجية، ويكون مسؤولا بشكل مباشر عن ملبسه ومظهره.

وأكدت المصادر أن الدروس المنتظر تدريسها للرئيس خلال الفترة المقبلة سوف تشمل أيضا آداب المصافحة والعلاقات، سواء على مستوى الرجال أو النساء، خاصة الشخصيات الدولية المهمة التى يجب أن يتصف التعامل معها بآداب السلوك، والأخلاق والصفات الحسنة، بالإضافة إلى تعلم اللغات الإنجليزية والفرنسية والألمانية على أيدى خبراء متخصصين باعتبارهم أهم اللغات العالمية التى يحتاج إليها للتعامل مع المجتمع الدولى خلال المرحلة الراهنة، خاصة بعدما اتضح ضعف مستوى أداء الرئيس مرسى ومعاونيه فى استخدام هذه اللغات بشكل واضح، خاصة فى طريقة النطق ومخارج الألفاظ، خلال أكثر من لقاء جمع الدكتور محمد مرسى بشخصيات دولية، بالإضافة إلى عدد من مقاطع الفيديو التى انتشرت مؤخرا عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعى، وتتهكم على ضعف مستوى الرئيس فى اللغات الأجنبية.

وأضافت المصادر: «ستناول الدروس دراسة فن الإتيكيت والبروتوكول لرئيس الجمهورية على يد الخبراء الأجانب العديد من النقاط الرئيسية، منها إتيكيت التعامل الرسمى والاجتماعى، وإتيكيت الحديث والملابس والاجتماعات والمقابلات، وإتيكيت الولائم والحفلات، إلى جانب المراسم فى الزيارات الرسمية، ومراسم رفع الأعلام والمؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية»، لافتة إلى أن الدكتور مرسى هومن طلب استقدام خبراء للبروتوكول والإتيكيت، بعدما تعرض للنقد اللاذع خلال زيارته الأخيرة لألمانيا، ولقاءاته مع المستشارة أنجيلا ميركل والجالية المصرية، حيث أظهرت العديد من البرامج التليفزيونية الأخطاء التى وقع فيها الرئيس، نتيجة عدم إلمامه بالقواعد البروتوكولية البسيطة، مثل قواعد المجاملة والأسبقية فى السير، والتقديم والتعارف.

وبينت المصادر أن تعليم قواعد الإتيكيت والبروتوكول داخل مؤسسة الرئاسة لن يقتصر على شخص الرئيس مرسى وحده، لكنه سيشمل عددا من كبار موظفى رئاسة الجمهورية، والمسؤولين الرسميين، وبينهم المتحدث الرسمى باسم رئاسة الجمهورية باعتباره ممثلا عن الرئيس فى جميع المؤتمرات والاجتماعات الرسمية، ودائم الظهور فى وسائل الإعلام بين الحين والآخر، بالإضافة إلى رئيس ديوان رئيس الجمهورية، ومدير مكتب الرئيس، وعدد من طاقم الحراسات الشخصية الملاصقة للرئيس بشكل مباشر فى كل اجتماعاته ولقاءاته المختلفة، ومن المنتظر أن تتفق الرئاسة مع إحدى المؤسسات الدولية المتخصصة فى هذا المجال، مطلع مارس المقبل. وأوضحت المصادر أن خبراء الإتيكيت الأجانب سوف يصلون القاهرة، ويمضون بها نحو ستة أشهر كاملة، وهى المدة المحددة لإنهاء التدريبات المكثفة للرئيس، وعدد من كبار معاونيه، والذى سيبدأ شهر أفريل المقبل.

المصادر أشارت إلى أن خبراء البروتوكول سوف يدربون الرئيس وطاقمه أيضا على ضرورة التفكير جيدا قبل التصرف، وأن يلقى الأجوبة عن أسئلة فى داخله، مثل: ماذا أقول؟ لمن أقول؟ كيف أقول؟ والتمهل لوقت بسيط قبل التلفظ بكلمة خلال حديث مهم مع شخص آخر، خاصة بعدما تطور البروتوكول، وتطرق إلى أمور تخص جميع الناس فى حياتهم اليومية، مثل العمل والتسوق والنادى وأماكن الترفيه والرياضة، وفى السلوك اليومى لرجل الشارع، بالإضافة إلى المظهر الخارجى، وصيحات الموضة وصبغات الشعر.
